The front desk woman rude they didnt have hot water in the room they changed us to another one same issu The rooms are totally old air conditioning noisy Breakfastblow quality Do not stay there they didnt offer anything No manger on site Ridiculous no hot water

I checked in and paid for our planned stay of seven nights. That evening my son had a panic attack that lasted over night and into the next morning. He was hyperventilating and struggling mentally. We needed to cut the trip short and return to SLP and, eventually, home. I went to check out late that morning and asked if they could refund the days that I needed to cancel. The staff refused, saying they could not do a refund because the booking was through a third party (*******). I thought this was lame, since we hadn’t even been there for 24 hours, but I agreed and left. I contacted ******* to try to recover at least a portion of what I paid but got an email back saying that they tried multiple times to negotiate with the hotel for a refund but they still refused. So basically I paid $1500 for a one night stay. Such a disappointment for a situation that was unplanned and very unpleasant. ps Do not purchase Expedia’s so-called travel protection plan. It was basically useless in this situation. :(

The hotel its too old and the maintenance in the rooms it is very poor Definitely its not worth it at all They have to change my room because nothing work The food is very spice and they don have many choices

The service was from the 60th: Only on Sundays Breakfast with a little larger buffet. The rest of the week, we had to wait long - even for tost. The toaster was not properly working, i told them, but they did not change anything. We booked a room for 3, but there were only water bottles and towels for 2. At the reception they didn‘t help. „We tell it to the room service tomorrow.“ For a bottle of water??? Extremely expensive. Very bad WI-FI in the room. They knew as I found out, but did‘t even say. Sorry, but it looks like they are owned by an investor and nobody there is interested in the happiness of the guests. We left one day earlier and the first didn‘t want to refund. Only when I told them their own 72h-rule the did - but very complicated - I had to find somebody with a Mexican bank account.

Todo el personal es muy amable, la comida de los restaurantes está rica, el servicio de bar y los alimentos muy buenos, el lugar es muy bonito, con jardines y árboles y mucha vegetación. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero completas con aire acondicionado y televisión, las camas cómodas

Hallo zusammen! Also diese Unterkunft würde ich nicht empfehlen, Preisleistung & der Service so wie die Freundlichkeit des Personals passt leider gar nicht zueinander. Zudem möchte man ja im Urlaub auch entspannen und das ging dort leider gar nicht . Als wir am ersten Tag angekommen sind war abends gleich mal eine Hochzeit und die ging bis morgens . Total laute Musik und man hatte kein Verständnis dafür . Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotelzimmer so dass man abends durch die Lichter und das aussteigen der Gäste gestört wurde . Frühstück Buffet war auch sehr dürftig und das Abendessen war auch ein Reinfall . Also alles zusammen gefasst , ich würde da keine Nacht mehr verbringen, nichtmal geschenkt!

El hotel es muy bonito, tiene un aire como de exhacienda y por la noche la iluminación es increíble; las habitaciones son muy cómodas y tienen todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días cómodamente; el restaurant ofrece comida típica regional muy rica...lo recomiendo ampliamente
