It's a beautiful hotel with some shortcomings. First, the water was barely warm. I reported this to the desk and tney told me tontuen the handle to the left. Thanks a lot dor for that.
Second, there was no hair dryer in tbe room. I called the desk and tney said they would send one right up. Ten minutes later, i went to the desk to get one and was told i they had taken it to he mmust have missed him

Ordered room service and tried to pay in USD and the employee instructed me to go down to the lobby and the receptionist due to her not having change. Not very convenient. But other then that all is well.

Great overall experience, but I did not like that the hotel restaurant didn't seam to have any restriction to smoking inside, even in a closed environment. At a night I had at least 3 tables around me with people smoking.
But the hotel was good and restaurant also very good (expect for the smokers)
