My daughter and her husband were so frightened that they left in the night. The facility is not what they promote. The manager was aggressive and threatening to them. They felt so frightened they realized they would not get any sleep for worrying and so felt it was just safer to leave.

Pésimo servicio de la recepcionista y el personal en general, no resuelven las necesidades de los clientes solo son dinereros y aprovechados de los turistas, tengan cuidado y pregunten cada detalle porque tuvimos una mala experiencia: resulta que nos ofrecieron un temazcal que cobraron por adelantado pero a la hora de tener el servicio nos recibieron mas tarde de la hora acordada y con piedras muy frías y el temazcal sin suficiente vapor, lo que nos obligó a salir del tiempo acordado por lo frío del temazcal, al pedirles una devolución por el mal servicio se cerraron totalmente a llegar a un acuerdo, el comedor muy tardado y sirvieron la comida fría. Es una lástima porque es un lugar con mucho potencial y muy bonito como para tener ese personal administrativo tan deficiente.

El estado en el que se encuentran las cabañas es deplorable, nada que ver con las fotos que publican. Me fui media hora después de haber llegado. Les pedí que me regresaran lo que había pagado y nunca me contestaron ni las llamadas ni los mensajes ni los correos. Pésimo servicio, no los recomendaría nunca.

Un bello lugar en una extraordinaria naturaleza, asi este lugar enclavado en los azufres michoacan, con una atencion llena de calidez y la estancia a.l calor de las brasas una experiencia de repetir simplemente! Gracias por todas las atenciones recibidas

Esta muy bonito, pero está descuidado; fui con mi esposa en un día no muy concurrido, por lo mismo imagino el restaurante no lo abrieron para cenar, nos quedamos sin comer, ya que en esta zona todo está muy alejado y la carretera es muy oscura. También en mi habitación había telarañas, insectos en el jacuzzi, no lo recomiendo!

El lugar donde están ubicadas las cabañas es muy bonito…. Pero la verdad las cabañas aunque tienen potencial están muy descuidadas, les falta mantenimiento… por lo Que pague esperaba algo mejor… al comedor de la cabaña le faltaba una silla… la mesa estaba quebrada y los sillones de vinil todos despintados y levantado el vinil… los baños algunos accesorios faltantes y una de las cortinas de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba… por lo que cobran me imaginaba algo con mucho más calidad

Siempre es una grata experiencia, es un lugar tranquilo para descansar, la atención del personal es muy amable y de mucho empeño en su trabajo, el lugar tiene algunas fallas, les recomiendo cuando hagan la reserva preguntar sobre el funcionamiento de la piscina, y sobre todo llevar efectivo ya que la señal de la terminal falla mucho
