Stayed here for almost 20 nights with my wife during a four week period. I really like this place. The staff is friendly and everything is perfect clean. When entering the breakfast restaurant you are greeted with a smile and a "bon dias" (I do not speak Spanish). Always home made juice of different kind for breakfast. Cleaning staff is busy polishing floors and windows. This place is the cleanest place I have been to in South America. Not an insect of any sort seen. Note that there is no cold water. Only warm or hot! All the staff is friendly (well the house cat do not greet you all the time). I like the large room with good wifi. AC works good without wind on the bed. Sometimes there is a party at the pool area that you will hear into your room.

Localizado em Hernandarias o Bisinii é uma ótima opção para se hospedar. Ao reservar um quarto prefira algum que fique de frente para a rua principal, pois terá menos barulho. A opção com vista para piscina talvez incomode, pela situação de barulho . A região é muito bonita e segura, é possível sair para passear nos arredores durante a noite. O Hotel é muito bonito e tem vaga para os hóspedes estacionarem. Foram muito atenciosos em conseguir uma vaga para recarregamento de carro elétrico.

Já avaliei como extensão de minha casa, amo tudo nesse hotel, desde a recepção, quartos, café da manhã, gastronomia , e o excelente atendimento de todos os funcionários do hotel. Destaco hugo, todos os funcionários da recepção e do restaurante, q davam total apoio na piscina, com 40 graus, com sorriso no rosto e sempre prestativos. Merecem tudo de melhoror . Única excelente opção em ciudad del este. Amo esse hotel.

Excelente opção em ciudad del este. Já é a 5a. vez que ficamos no Bisinii, e como sempre nos sentimos bem a vontade, com a equipe de funcionários maravilhosos, destacando William, Paulo, Diego e Tatiana, adoramos eles. Os pratos são maravilhosos, destaque para as carnes, peixes e entradas, tudo muito saboroso e preço justo. Existem no condomínio outras opções.

Um hotel aconchegante, limpo, atendimento sensacional. 3a. vez q ficamos, e sempre será nosso refúgio de férias. O luis é sensacional conosco, sempre atencioso tb com todos. A Tati, Pablo e William são sensacionais tb. O restaurante é sensacional, destacando tb o café da manhã delicioso. Não deixem de conhecer este hotel, irão se apaixonar. ❤️❤️

Diferente da última vez que estivemos lá, nessa tivemos vários problemas: festas particulares na piscina sem que todos os hóspedes pudessem ir (barulho!!!); limpeza do quarto só quando pedia; bandejas e bowls nos corredores sem que fossem recolhidos o feriado todo; sem serviço na piscina (só implorando atendimento). Foi realmente lamentável…

O hotel frustra em praticamente todos os sentidos... Não vale o preço que cobram. É lindo por fora, mas, com muitas falhas. O sistema de economia dos chuveiros é terrível, pois, a água quente acaba com 4 minutos e só retorna a cada 30 minutos. Ou seja, se vc toma banho quente, tem que ser rápido e o próximo terá que esperar 30 minutos. Os colchões são muito moles e na manhã seguinte vc estará quebrado. O preço do restaurante é caro, mas, dentro do que cobram na região. O atendimento é bom e o local é lindo. Mas, o chuveiro é uma piada e não vale a pena.
