En general el hospedaje es bueno, solo que en esta ocasión nos tocó que ya no había lugar en los estacionamientos y tuvimos que dejarlo enfrente, en un estacionamiento de un plaza, aunque afortunadamente todo estuvo bien, solo que si sucede algo con tu coche no estarán pendientes.

Large clean rooms. Nice courtyard.
Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Early checkin allowed when possible.
Pickup from airport went smoothly.
A little bit of charm and character above the normal run-of-the-mill place. Large rooms.

Limpieza, orden y servicio fueron excelentes. Existen detalles de belleza que descubres a cada momento: la cúpula de la recepción, las lamparas del restaurante, su pequeña tienda, el bar. Las camas son realmente cómodas, y la ubicación inmejorable. Volvería a llegar ahí. Súmale la paz y tranquilidad que transmite el hotel, a la calidez y amabilidad del Carmelo, uff un verdadero placer!

Agua apesta a fango,el elvador se atora,las recepcionistas parece que las insultaras , en lugar de hablarles, WiFi no llega a las habitaciones, en el restaurante pésimo servicio, el mesero (cesar) señor grande de edad, malisima actitud , te avienta el plato de alimentos,te levanta la mesa sin terminar, ni pedir permiso para hacerlo... realmente es un asco el.hotel HACIENDA REAL si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo haría...!!! OJALÁ EL O LOS DUEÑOS, PUSIERAN ATENCIÓN, A ESTE TIPO DE COMENTARIOS.....
