"I stayed at this hotel twice - once for a few days (my conference was in the building opposite) and once for one night between my flight from Cape Town and my flight to Abu Dhabi.
Great location.
Convenient, clean and comfortable shuttle from the airport.
Excellent breakfasts. Close to the ****** area and food courts where everyone can find a cuisine to their liking.
Absolute safety! - this is important in South Africa."

"The first stay was ok, but it was a family house renovation, cockroaches because I booked it close to me. The room was on the second floor pushing open the door to the balcony, where there were tables and chairs but thick dust. The second stay was very angry 😡, because there was something wrong on the first day of two days, the next day they found that they sold the good room I ordered at a higher price to later people without my consent. I could go to the room where I was almost in, and the hot water in the room was put for 20 minutes before it came out. Will not stay at the inn again. Thanks to Trip.com customer service for its excellent service!"

"I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service we received at this hotel. My elderly mother traveled all the way from China to Johannesburg and then to Windhoek, and the hotel staff truly went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and safety. They arranged a seamless pickup upon her arrival and a timely drop-off the following day, which made her feel incredibly supported throughout her journey. She raved about the excellent service, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and accommodating place to stay!"

GGuest UserPerfect for an overnight at the airport. It’s right across from the arrival hall. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The beds were so comfy and we had a great night before an early morning flight. We will definitely stay here again.

AayutripI stayed here on the last day of my trip to Africa. Everything was great! I took the airport shuttle to and from the airport and it was always on time. It was easy to find where to get on and off. I would stay here again if I visit Johannesburg.

MMikeJMJonesBeautiful boutique hotel! It is extremely convenient for anyone who wants to be near the airport. Amazing staff. The only difficulty is that there is no on-site evening restaurant, nor any shops within walking distance. However, you can get Uber eats delivery food and Uber for any journeys. Check out is 10am, which seems very early and you have to pay extr for late check out. However, the rooms are amazing! A great choice for a peaceful escape... less perfect if you want to go out in evenings.

GGuest UserOne of the best point of this htl is thet it is located directly in airport. you dont need to go outside when you waiting you connect flight, there also lots of shops inside airport, and nice restaurant. And price is excellent (if compare with Intercontinental:)))

NNK JujuLovely Place. About 20 minutes or less away from the city centre. The stuff was friendly and very helpful. The room was tired and clean. Little noise from the outside because of the highway. But not a bother at all. Definitely coming back the next time I visit South Africa.
Side note. If you are travelling from abroad you might want to have an extension cord or adapter to fit the sockets for your devices. As the ones in South Africa are different from most parts of the world.

GGuest UserBeautiful place! The design and style are very unique with an old Pueblo style, and the location is great. However, it is still being renovated, and the swimming pool was not open in the summer. There should be improvement in stating that the shuttle service comes with an extra cost; it should be advertised as an option, as most stays offer shuttle services at an additional expense. The price was 200Rand, and an Uber is cheaper. The receptionist was very helpful and clear; she was super nice.

SShazia Casoojee Close to the airport which is highly convenient. I just wish they had more basic amenities like Tissues and bottled water at least. Comfortable bed. The only other issue was being able to get hold of the hotel from this app and also arranging a shuttle to the airport the next day. We were told we'd be given transport and then on the morning we were told they over extended their services so we had to catch an Uber instead. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend as an overnight stay to catch flights.

AAnonymous UserWe had a great stay at Eco Motel.. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. We also asked for an extra blanket because we were feeling cold and their service was excellent. They have heaters as well inside the rooms.. They were very helpful and the security is great.
