This was the highlight of my trip. I loved Moon!! (My host) & all the other beautiful ladies l, they were so welcoming & helpful! They went above & beyond in their hospitality. the town had a power outage & the staff invited me to sit with them to be included in the fanning πͺ how sweet! Moon passed me walking & gave me a ride on her scooter. They offered me a Kayak & a shower & towel after I had checked out waiting for my bus to arrive to depart. The restaurant has amazing vegan food, & the place has great air conditioning which was great this time of year! they gave clear instructions for the hot water & booked my tours & busβ for me, they even came on scooter to pick me up! & helped with my bags. They make you feel like home & so welcome! Thank you so much! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

Had a super time at this clean, friendly, charming hotel. The owner Mrs Ai went out of her way to ensure I was well fed even though I was vegan with lots of dietary restrictions. She took me on her bike to get fresh sugar cane juice, fresh coconut water. We were there actually in March 2023 but since I am late writing a review cannot select before April 2023! Four of us were in Phong Nha mainly for the caving expedition but found the area so scenic we stayed extra days. Am so looking forward to my next visit to this hotel again.

I took a trip alone to Quang Binh and it is absolutely a right choice to stay at Doan Gia. From facility, location to staff, everything is amazing. The hotel's room rate is little bit higher than others in the area but it is really value for money, especially when you buy a combo with room, tour to cave (which is exclusively run by Doan Gia) and glamping in the forest is definitely worth a try. Thank you An - the director and the best tour guide, Minh - the porter and the best cook and all staff at Doan Gia for a wonderful trip.

We lived in this hotel for three days. We were satisfied with absolutely everything. The location is excellent, by the river, in a quiet place, near mountains and picturesque rice fields. The tourist center and the pier for boats to the caves are nearby. The hotel owners are very friendly and caring people. They organized an inexpensive trip for us to Paradise Cave. The room is clean, the beds and bedding are excellent, the air conditioner and fan work, there are no insects, the bathroom is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Our room's doors open directly onto the pool. There is silence throughout the hotel. Everything is fine!

First-class environment and first-class landscape. You can swim, row and go out of the room at will, family-style, friendly, English communication is not barriers, breakfast is not rich but sufficient, three meals a day are enough, the price is very reasonable. There are a little more mosquitoes, and it can be understood. After all, it is a natural environment, and it is no problem if the door is closed. Next time I come to live here, quiet and convenient, Oxali is nearby

GGuest UserI stayed here for one night and the place is very relaxed and has everything a solo traveler needs. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and helped me book a bus to Hanoi. She also let me shower and wait for my bus after I checked out, went to the caves and boat tour, and then came back to the hotel. Highly recommend :)

GGuest UserBooked 1 tour & 1 night bus with this company & both were a great experience! The kayaking through the cave/then hiking for 8k was hard work, but really enjoyable! The night bus we were worried we wouldnβt be able to get seats together but Linh was amazing, booked seats together & went onto the bus & spoke to the driver who asked people to move so we didnβt have the hassle or stress! If youβre looking for any tour or especially any transfer out of Phong Nha look no further, as this company & especially Linh are both great!

Llinda-huangIn February 2016, my son and I went to Fengya-Jibang National Park, and the scenery was very beautiful. However, the road is more troublesome. We first flew to Hue (not recommended), then took a car to Donghai, and then took a day trip with the group, each person had 300+ (the hotel shuttled back and forth). Late at night at the hotel, it is more expensive to set late? Vietnam's day trip is very cheap elsewhere.) We went to Fengya Cave and Paradise Cave, dry holes and wet holes, the scenery is still very satisfactory, it feels more beautiful than Guilin, do not need this trip.
