Các bạn không cần đi đâu xa ,đối diện Vanilla có chổ cho mình order đồ ăn hải sản rất tiện -tươi ngon -giá cả hợp lý . Gần bãi biển (600m ). Sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.🥰

When we checked in, the room has smell like humidity then after we complained to receptionist, hotel send a room attendant to solve this smell with cajeput oil. Because we came at rain season, so we understand with this trouble. We choose restaurant at hotel for lunch, diner and breakfast but food is so-so, not like we expected. Sight is good. Water in swiming pool is quite warm even at 6PM, and we like it.

Very friendly and helpful staff.  Nice breakfast too though limited selection.

The staff was excellent and they tried their best to makes us comfortable. They helped us book transportation back to Ho Chi Minh via private car with very little notice. While breakfast wasn’t so good, the other dishes were great. The towels, hot water, and water pressure were perfect to start and end the day. Additionally, the beach is not crowded, so you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset with family and friends.

This trip was another unforgettable one. The resort is only about half an hour away from my home. I thought I could take my wife on vacation for one night, so I arranged to stay at this newly opened resort. Because the location is a new development, the environment may need more improvement. There are many insects. I know this is caused by the nearby grass, but I hope the hotel can find ways to overcome it. Vietnamese tourists don’t care so much. But this is not necessarily the case for foreign tourists. When I checked in, I felt that the service was pretty good. It was normal to have a little food. It didn't matter if there were some bugs outside the door, just don't enter the room. The hotel is very new, the room design is good, the sea view room is okay, everything is very chill, although the facilities in the hotel are not many, they are enough for tourists to entertain themselves for a day. There aren't many choices for breakfast, but it's not bad. The highlight is what happened when I checked out, which completely overwhelmed my desire to come back. Since the afternoon tea and dinner were used in the hotel the day before, you need to settle the bill when checking out. Although I had enough cash on me to pay, I thought that Vietnam is still a cash payment country, so I wanted to keep some cash on me, so I chose to pay by card. The first credit card failed to be used because the limit for this month was exceeded. The second card was a cash card and was successfully used. The line on the mobile phone also received a deduction message. The operator actually said that the deduction was unsuccessful, which made me dumbfounded. Please ask the hotel staff to deal with it for a while and then tell them that it was impossible to contact the bank at noon to confirm whether the deduction was successful (at that time, the deduction was successful in Taiwan). two options First fill in the power of attorney and leave the card information. If the deduction fails, I will swipe the card for me. Secondly, you have to wait for an hour after the bank comes online to confirm whether the deduction was successful. Later, the hotel staff also felt embarrassed to keep the guest and could not continue the next trip. I was not worried and left like this. I kept coming and going, and finally I had to wait for the bank to confirm that the deduction had been successful before leaving. Having said all that, I actually don’t want to blame the hotel entirely, because I may not have much experience in this matter. At that time, the hotel staff handled it with all their heart, and I felt that they were sincere. However, I hope that some details can be improved to avoid losing the customer’s willingness to repurchase. If we had handled it better at the beginning, we would have waited happily even if we waited, and maybe we would come back next time. In fact, the overall service of the hotel is pretty good, but because there are many other resorts competing nearby, and if this kind of thing happens, even if this kind of thing doesn't happen, I might choose another hotel next time for a different physical examination. .
