The resort is located by the beach, the facility (pool, room in the villa, garden...) is good. The only concern is the staff (not helpful, especially the staff work at the restaurant), the food of breakfast is empty earlier than closing time 1 hour. The good thing is the beach, which is kept clean.

Although the hotel is located in Ninh Van Bay, the water quality is not good
The hotel rooms are OK, but the infrastructure is not well done. In the morning, I saw renovation workers everywhere, as if they were building new villas. (But this hotel has been open for many years, and the new villa is being built next to our room, not in a new area) The construction noise in the hotel is loud, and we are lucky to rest, and there are many workers, which seems unsafe (the key is that the hotel room cannot be locked)
The hotel soundproofing is very poor. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the next room was playing DJ and having a party. I almost collapsed. Although I complained and it was improved, the subsequent housekeeper did not follow up and did not give feedback. I feel that the management is still a little bit lacking.
The hotel is very primitive, and you can see many wild animals, but there are also many mosquitoes.
The meals are relatively expensive, and there is only one restaurant
The speedboat is shabby.

The price/performance ratio is very high. There are not many tourists during the Spring Festival. It feels like the entire resort is reserved and the experience is great! The greening of the park is great, and the staff's service is very nice. It is suitable for a stay of two or three nights, but it becomes a bit boring after a long stay.

We came to this hotel from Nha Trang for 2 nights. The room is spacious and clean, three of us with a 5-year-old child. For the child - a separate sleeping place on the sofa, we asked that they put bed linen there for us.
The beach is wonderful with white sand, the entrance to the sea is gentle. Two swimming pools on the territory. The territory is well-groomed, blooming, very beautiful.
There is also a free zoo on the territory, with geese, rabbits, a peacock, goats.
We took beach towels from the pool. Breakfasts are delicious and varied.
There is practically no infrastructure around the hotel - a fishing village, we rode a bike around the neighborhood. Prices at the local market are lower than in Nha Trang, mangoes for 15 dong per kilogram.
We had dinner in a cafe on the shore - to the right of the hotel, if you look at the sea. There are aquariums with shrimps and other seafood delicacies, delicious and cheaper than in Nha Trang. We spent the evenings playing billiards next to the pool.
It's probably boring to go there for a long time, there's nowhere to walk except the hotel grounds, but 2-3 days of relaxation are super. My daughter was happy with the pool by the sea, and not on the roof. Overall, we liked it.

The hotel in Ningfan Bay has a seaside single-family villa. The entire hotel has more than 30 rooms, so even if the Spring Festival comes, it is very quiet. The overall style is wild, luxurious and escapist, suitable for people who like to take a vacation. There are not many Chinese people in the hotel, mainly Europeans, Americans, Koreans, and local Vietnamese.
The butler I contacted was named Jayce. The service was very good, the response was quick, he spoke fluent English, and the communication was smooth. He received good reviews.
There are also disadvantages. The hotel has been open for a long time, so the room facilities are relatively outdated. However, the flaws are not hidden. The villa is very large and has a very special room type experience. In addition, our family of three felt that the quality of the food in the hotel was average.
Finally, I highly recommend the hotel’s jungle hiking. You must take part in it. The special landform and special experience are very popular with a 6-year-old child. This activity cannot be experienced in Sanya or Thailand.

Later, I upgraded my room to the Rock! There are three rooms with an unbeatable sea view! You also need to take a boat to the room. It was a pleasant surprise and a unique experience! The hotel is very nice and fancy, but the food prices are much more expensive than in the city. But the city is old and there is not much to do. A day or half day tour is enough. The rest of the time is spent swimming, SPA, and relaxing in the hotel

The hotel is very beautiful, in a beautiful place, silence and calm, the bungalow is very nice, comfortable, was loaded in the bungalow room, namely the floor was not washed. There is practically no service in the hotel, food in the restaurant is not very, for breakfast you can choose one dish from the small menu.
But this hotel is definitely worth going for the sake of species and nature.
