On the first night, there was no power in the room, and I called the front desk three times to successfully arrange for staff to come to the room for repairs. On the morning of the day we left the hotel, we asked for a late check-out, and the front desk said they would get back to us as soon as possible to see if we could delay the check-out; however, they did not get a reply until we left the hotel room. Moreover, before we checked out, we called the front desk and asked the shuttle bus to wait in front of the Villa and take us to the front desk. When we saw the bus from the second floor of the Villa, we went downstairs immediately, but when we got underground, the shuttle bus had already left. In the end, we had to push our luggage to the front desk...

Other than this, there really isn't anything. I never write reviews because they are annoying, but I was treated so well and the response was quick. I felt like they were letting me know every day that I was a truly valuable guest. If I come to Da Nang, I want to come again. First of all, the hotel massage is okay. If you go to the sauna right after the massage, you will be truly happy. The breakfast was delicious and I was really happy.

We booked a three bedroom suite for three nights. The suite was spacious and clean. The swimming area was well maintained and very good for kids who just wanted to play in the water. The hotel was right next to the beach and the beach was clean and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. A good balance between western and Asian food. It got a bit crowded and it would be great if the place had air con. The location is not bad. It took us around 40 minutes to get to Da Nang airport and around 20 minutes to go to Hoi An old town. Overall, this is very good resort to spend a few days with young kids. At a very affordable price.
