I told her she could take a photocopy of it but I was uncomfortable with her keeping it. She insisted that was the only way we could get the room and she would return it in the morning. Although hotel is new, it is poorly constructed and necessary amenities are lacking. Hand soap for both rooms were unavailable and hotel staff said they ran out. Rooms did not have safety latch on doors. Room safes were light metal boxes that can easily be lifted and removed from room. What’s the point? Bathtub shower is mounted about knee height, and there are no shower curtains so water drips everywhere. Breakfast was at a different hotel and was clearly stale old food that they must have put out for multiple days now. 90% of the businesses in this neighborhood are massage parlours that advertise “beautiful girls between 18-25.” Based on the men that hang around the neighborhood and the amount of massage parlours, I would not recommend any hotel in this area. Many of the hotels in the neighborhood have massage parlours attached to their hotel and have signs offering hotel room rentals by the hour. Holiday 2 hotel has a “massage parlour” as well on the 11th floor. Before I checked out I went to see if it was a real massage spa. Clearly it was not as they were not open yet and it was already noon. The room has a bed rather than a massage table. I had agoda cancel the rest of my booking with this hotel. Agoda was able to cancel for me without any charges, but the hotel refused to release my passport unless I paid for the two hotel rooms at an inflated price, their walk in price. I ended up having to pay double the rate that I had paid agoda in order to have hotel release my passport back. And the hotel had the audacity to try to charge me for the breakfast even though it was included in the agoda price. I moved to a different hotel and paid more but i am so glad i left this hotel and the neighbourhood it is in. This place will try to squeeze get every extra dollar they can from you.

Good and clean hotel with friendly and helpful service. Surely the receptionists and security. Good breakfast buffet with great choice. We had room 417 with two single beds. Beds were low and hard. The bags were brought up at the arrival, and we opened the door of 416 with the key of 417. The room was large and simple but clean. Only the bathroom was strange. You have to shower behind a glass wall but the water must flow five meters to the other side of the dish, the whole floor is wet and glittering. When you get up early, you must let the hot water crank run long before you have hot water. We had to sleep in a building against the hotel, which you reach through a kind of renovated garage with here and there rough.

We stayed in this hotel 2 nights. It is a little outstanding but it is really not a problem because there are free shuttle from 5h to 21h. Therefore, we are quiet because Can tho is a living city. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

I booked this hotel last minute after deciding to leave where I had planned to stay overnight. There weren’t a lot of economical choices remaining. The hotel lobby is somewhat lavish, the room I had was basic, but clean (especially compared to where I’d left!), and the bed was comfortable. Walls are a little thin, so you can hear folks in the hallway, and the hotel is generally a little worn. But a good value for the price.

The location of the hotel was good, the cleanliness was good, and the information desk staff's guidance and response service was good. The breakfast taste was good. I also liked the cleanliness of the room.

Great location with easy walk to all the key places. Clean and tidy with friendly and efficient staff. The decor is old and tired but you have to say that it is reflected in the price. Everything worked and the linen and towels were good. AC and WiFi were old fashioned but effective

We have never gave bad review but today we have to. We booked 9 rooms for 3 nights here. We came early around 10:30 in the morning, very rude dude in the front desk kept saying we can't get in until 2pm. We didn't expect to get in sooner than 2pm but it seem he was not happy with too many people (18 people) around the lobby too early. The hotel is super old, dark and dirty. You can see layers of dust everywhere, spiderwebs at all conners. Lot of guests are smoking inside the hotel (Lobby - No smoking area) They gave us 6 rooms first (3 rooms later whenever they are ready). My room was on the 3rd floor which is where they do body massage business on the same floor. It was terrible, my room was badly smell, dirty, creepy and wet. I couldn't think twice, left the room and went to the lobby. When i reached to lobby i already saw all my people from my group down there - they just left their rooms because same reasons. We have been staying hotels all over the world and never seen any hotel that bad. We left the hotels and stay at other hotel nearby. Called agoda to try to get the money back. The hotel manager there kept telling lie to Agoda and refused to cancel our bookings. We lost all money for 9 rooms x 3 nights, but we glad we did. Worst hotel ever
