Modern new clean. All is perfect... If you are not there out of season. I was alone in a deserted place. The receptionist came to bring me a fried egg and a wurlster because me breakfast was included but they did not opened the buffet for just one person. Far from the centre of life and from everything, it looks on a river and the scenery is nice. Perfect if you travel in groups and have somebody to take you to the city centre.

Facilities: 6 stars Hygiene: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Environment: 6 stars Service: 6 stars I want to give it a strong thumbs up I didn't have high hopes for it, after all, the price is not expensive, but I didn't expect everything in the hotel to be very good, and we were given a free spa, which was very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel contracted the entire beach, the glass sea, the blue and clear water, and many marine projects were free of charge. Seeing that we checked in very late, they automatically delayed our check-out to 4 pm. I was very touched. Everything in the hotel is so beautiful, the room is super warm and comfortable, clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious and rich in variety.

We celebrated my friend' bday in this hotel. The location is fantastic, there is a big Buddha statue nearby and a beach. The territory is green and beautiful. We didn't like the restaurant, very plain choice of food for breakfast for this money. Or dinner many items from the menu for absent.

Resort is newly built and just opened, built onto the mountain side, is very well done building. Id say about 3/4 of rooms would have an excellent sea view, the rest look more to the mountain side. Lots of landscaping and garden work has been done, lots of new trees planted. All the rooms are brand new, but missing some things, we had a kitchenette in our room, but no cookware or cutlery. There was no “Do not disturb/Please clean my room” sign so the staff knock anytime. Pool area is really big and very nice, but no umbrellas or deck chairs, not sure if they haven’t brought any yet or they had been put away somewhere, we weren’t there at peak time, but would be good if they had a few chairs out for guests that are there. Restaurant has good meals, but is fairly basic, and no english translation on the menu.. The bar wasn’t open while we were there, so no cocktails on the menu either. The staff are very nice and friendly, but lack that high end resort training that you will get in a well established resort. The resort is priced quite cheap by comparison to others, so you get many local families in. There are some ponds around in the garden that getting very slimy with the lack of water flow, im sure there better in the wet season, but they need more attention as there were a lot of mosquitos around. Biggest issue we had was we got our laundry done while there and were charged 695,000 for the service. This was more than our meal we had there. We have had this done elsewhere while in Vietnam and its normally 40K - 80K. When i asked about this no effort was made to change the price. The resort is alright, but needs to iron out these issues, in time i think it will be really good, but give it at least a year.
