Find the Cheap Woodhaven Hotels

Upon arriving, the property does look old (1970’s?), BUT the inside is updated& spotless! So glad I took the chance & booked! Free parking & 1/3 the $ of hotels downtown for the ball games with only a 20 min drive with food rt down the st& 24hr circle K next door. Easy on/off interstate. This is a quiet & safe area in which to stay. We chose to park in the back of the property where there is a new Holiday Inn (~$70 more) bc their parking is in “front” of their entrance & is very well lit, which is connected to the back of the BW property(has entrance door) Lobby: free 24/7 coffee machine, water & cookies. Few chairs, sofa & tv with a side hall with more seating & computers Restaurant: open for breakfast 6-10 am $8=2 eggs, choice of meat, hash browns, toast & coffee. Room: has microwave, frig with freezer, coffee maker, NICE chair w/ ottoman. Bathroom: has large bar of body soap, 2 small soaps, bottles of shampoo & conditioner. The good pics on TA are true! We were able to check in ~1hr early. & I feel like if we arrived earlier, the lady would have let us, but it would have been on the 2nd floor prob(there are only 2 floors-NO elev) Very pleasantly surprised by this older BW! Well done! I would def stay again & I hope it lives on for many years to come❤️

This hotel was convenient to what I needed. I'll probably stay there again but it's not like there are better options nearby. It could use an update though. The front desk was friendly, which was good because my hotel key kept getting De-magnetized. I think most people only stay here for one night though, and they kept making that assumption, which was weird. There was a sign saying they didn't do maid service every day because of covid. When I asked they didn't seem ”sure” and the first day I said I didn't need it. Not sure if they didn't come the second day because of that, but no one came. The amenities were really small and basic. The pool seemed dirty. The water was very cloudy.

Very decent place to stay nice clean but simple good location very friendly staff simple continental breakfast

Hilton Huiting hardware facilities are generally new and the service management level is relatively stable. The internal facilities are located in the middle-grade family travel, refrigerator, microwave oven, pots and pans are available. Parking is free. During the epidemic, breakfast can be taken back to the room or take out, and the service is very user-friendly. This family has maintained the consistent standard of the brand, there is a Tsuenxi Art Academy nearby, it is worth seeing ～.

We were staying at this property for 3 nights with a group, so it was not our personal choice. Reading some of the reviews left me pretty concerned about the cleanliness and the noise. However, the actual experience was quite nice. I was able to select our top floor room facing away from the highway through the app, and the electronic key was provided promptly. The reception ladies were all nice and attentive. The hallways and elevators could have benefited from a bit of extra cleaning, but the room was nice and clean, your standard-sized hotel room, nothing exuberant, but nice. All amenities worked as expected, the breakfast was actually nice (although somewhat limited in selection), and the orange juice was in fact juice and not orange-colored water, like in the last two Hamptons we have stayed at. The walls are a bit thin, so light sleepers may have a bit of a trouble if the neighbors are noisy, but overall a quiet night's sleep, no noise from the highway at all. Despite my concerns, there is nothing really negative to say about the place, and special thanks to all the staff and Arthur.

The motel is fair, nothing to write home about. But they charge you a $50 damage deposit up front, and they TELL you: ”we put it on your card and it's refunded to you when you check out.” Then when you check out, they tell you, ”it will be refunded to you at the end of the day.” Then after a week passes and you haven't received it, you call up and the person on the line (with an attitude because they must field these calls every day) says, ”The deposit can take 10 days to be refunded back to your account.” Hmmm, first it was at check out, then the end of the day, now 10 days??? That seems outright deceiving to me. Certainly there are other places to stay within close proximity to this dive.
