We were in town visiting family and this hotel made the experience very pleasant. This was the cleanest hotel room I've had in a while! The room and bathroom were spotless. We didn't use housekeeping during out stay, but did pick up some extra towels and soap at the front desk; the front desk staff was always very courteous and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at the breakfast choices available! Most hotels say they have breakfast and it's only cold options, but the Falcon Plaza had waffles, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy on top of the cold options. I particularly liked their coffee station; it had just about anything you could want for coffee in the morning. There was also a whirlpool/hot tub available for guests to use. This hotel exceeded our expectations!

My husband and I were traveling from Mayo clinic Minnesota to our home in Delaware. He was receiving tests for his terminal condition. This hotel was the halfway point for us. Upon arriving near 9pm 7/17/24 after 12 hours on the road due to (2) fatal vehicle accidents along the way, to say we were exhausted was an understatement. My husband has ALS, a terminal motor neuron disease, and traveling and caring for him can be very difficult. The very kind Kelly, your front desk reception attendant, noticed how tired we were from the trip we just experienced. She went out of her way to offer us food from the evenings social gathering which was held 530-7pm. This was despite that the leftovers had been cleared and stored away for the night. She then contacted her coworkers Janet and Candace and they together put together 2 plates of food for us AND delivered them to our room (my husband is wheelchair bound). How can one express a proper thank you to these woman who went out of their way with such kindness? I hope in return that they too will experience the amount of kindness they showed to us when they need need a helping hand... Thank you to the gracious staff of Kelly, Janet and Candace. You all are unforgettable.

LlchjrWe were here for two nights on Memorial Day weekend. We have stayed at many Hilton Gardens, and this one was just fine. A big plus is the location---close to I-75 and I-475, but with no road noise. It's right in an upscale shopping center which has a good bookstore, many unique shops, and some good restaurants (fine dining and more). It's larger than the typical HG (6-7 floors), and the lobby area and restaurant are also larger than typical. Our double queen room was just fine---what you expect from the chain. We were on the 6th floor, and had a nice view of the area. There is plenty of free parking just outside. There is an indoor pool, and the fitness room is above average. The buffet breakfast costs $15/person---it's fine, but just average for the chain. Staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant. We are big fans of the HG chain, and this one didn't disappoint.

Very Good
We stayed at Candlewood Suites for one and a half weeks due to a tragedy that happened to my husband and I. They made us feel very welcome and very well taken care of. Our room was very comfortable. Also very quiet which we greatly appreciated. The family that manages the hotel all work very hard to make it a home away from home for their guests. I would absolutely recommend the Candlewood Suites to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Perrysburg/Toledo area!

Room was musty, bathroom wasn't the most presentable. The pool was cold so my kids didn't stay in the pool and opted for the hot tub which didn't appear to be the cleanest. Pool could use a good painting. EV charger was not working so I couldn't charge my vehicle. WiFi was not not working, couldn't connect on any of our devices. Breakfast was unimpressive, and food was out of stock for a long time. I'm happy our stay was only for one night otherwise I would have been tasked with cancelling the remainder of my reservation and looking for a new hotel to book with.

RRodney216CleGood for the price you can’t expect much for a Super 8 or Days Inn you’ll save money and it’s not terrible I will say it could use a better cleaning in some of the rooms!! Good value though as long as you’re only staying a night or two
