Although my husband and I liked the location, the room was not clean. The curtains were torn and dirty, we asked for new towels, and the sheets needed to be changed.

Their 3 bed room (including a sofabed) was nice. Sofabed was clean/comfortable and it can turn into two small beds or one big one. We liked it so much we booked the same room twice.

Extra beds can be used, some hotels will charge $10 a night, and some hotels do not need money. Customer service was excellent. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and trying to contribute to our enjoyable stay! I was impressed both mornings at breakfast, the manager came to check on our level of satisfaction. He genuinely seemed to care that we were happy. Speaking of breakfast... It's delicious! Fresh and favorable selection. Healthier choices and southern comfort yum! Their waffle batter was amazing! Very impressed. All good things to say. As a repeat guest, I would stay again. :)

The hotel is located on the edge of No. 12 highway, it is easy to find after getting off the highway, and on the edge is holiday inn express. There are gas stations and McDonald's nearby. In the first room arranged for us, I opened the quilt and felt that the sheets were not changed at all, so I asked to change the room, but basically there was no change of sheets. I found a lot of hair on the sheets and pillows, the bed The supplies were very old, and there were a lot of pilling and wire drawing. To be honest, I felt very sick at the time. I wanted to check out and change the hotel. Later, my family felt that the trouble would be gone. Then I found that the bathroom light was not on, so I called the maintenance staff to see that it turned out that there was no light tube inside, so I installed it. The toilet is not easy to use either. The shower head is also leaking and it is not closed tightly. The next morning, I found that the pillow that had fallen between the bed was wet, and only then discovered that the bathroom wall was leaking, and the carpet near the bedside was wet. No wonder there was a smell in the house at night. In short, the stay feels very bad. Although the price is cheap, if I can choose again, I will not hesitate to live on the holiday. Objective analysis, in fact, the hotel infrastructure is still good, the furniture seems to be gradually updated, if the bedding and room hygiene Do it well, it still has a certain appeal.
