Very Good
From the time I arrived, I knew that my 2 day stay would be a good one. Tanya, at the reception desk, realized I had visited 20 months earlier. Although arriving early, she told me I could go up to my room, as it was already for me. I was to meet my daughter and son in law as we were to spend two days in the area being entertained at the Dutch Apple Theater and the American Music Theater. Breakfasts were simple but tasty. All areas were clean and parking was perfect for us. An ice cream venue along with miniature golf could be utilized right across the street as well. Two fine days in the Lancaster area was that much more rewarding with our stay at the Sleep Inn of Mountville, PA. Kudos to Tanya and the supporting staff.
We stayed at this hotel for a volleyball tournament. It was a 'stay and play' so I did not choose this hotel as it was chosen for me. Our reception was fine after we received rules that no dribbling of balls was to go on, and the quiet hours were at 10:00pm. We found that the 'quiet hours' were not observed very well. It is a nice set-up as is an all suites hotel, and it was nice to have use of a kitchen area, especially a full size refrigerator. The bathroom was overall fine, with the exception of not enough towels provided. The kitchen space was overall fine. BUT, the couch in the living room has seen better days, and the pull out couch therein (which we had to use to accommodate our party) was not comfortable at all. The one and only bed was not a king or queen, and had to be a double. It was a small size, and was very uncomfortable. I did not take advantage of the grab and go, so cannot comment, but looked to be minimal. Not much around here - other than a Rutters down the street. I won't be staying here again.
