Very good, very convenient for high speed

Although not so much these days, I have traveled a lot for work and it's nice to have a place to call home when you're on the road. I'm not a picky person and I really do not have specifications for what I look for when it comes to a hotel but the one thing that I do desire is a feeling of home and safety. The location was perfect and I was in the area that I was familiar with, but even if I wasn't enough familiar place, I still felt safe. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to navigate the building. Honestly loved my room, it had everything I needed and helped to become my temporary office apartment. The bed was incredible, perfect for someone who's been walking and traveling since 4:00 in the morning. The lounge chair in my room was also the most comfiest one I've ever been in and I ended up using that at the desk. They gave you a very nice office desk chair but I'm a very big person and I was afraid of breaking it, so it was a very pleasant surprise to have that alternative option. The gentleman at the front desk gave me a lot of information and suggestions for food based on restaurants in the area, they also gave me a discount coupon for a restaurant chain that I really love! It was honestly a very pleasant experience and I only wish I could have stayed longer, I definitely will go back to that location in the future when I'm working in the area. It was perfect for me and I would honestly recommend others to stay there if you're looking for a place for the night or an extended stay!

It takes 30 minutes to drive to Newport, and there is nothing around, it is the express hotel next to the highway. Cost-effective.

The next night we came back from the outside and found that the curtains were not repaired. I went to the front desk and asked why it was that. The young waitress wearing glasses had a very bad attitude. I was not allowed to change the room. She said that she could only switch to the same location on the fourth floor, which means that it was still noisy next to the elevator. Because the curtains of the hotel were broken, they should be responsible for apologizing for not repairing, but the white girl wearing glasses did not apologize. Do not take any measures and actively cooperate with the appropriate room. It is worth mentioning that my favorite travel in the United States is Hampton inn. I am a member of this hotel. I often book a room on the official website of the hotel. This time, because Ctrip is cheaper, I booked it on Ctrip. As a result, I was not expecting such treatment, and I did not encounter this attitude in the same hotel that was booked elsewhere. Therefore, such hotel services can only give bad reviews.

Check in was very smooth they were very welcoming to our arrival. The rooms are very clean sheets were clean. To use the pool you must sign up for a one hour time slot because of covid. On our second day stay the toilet broke down on us and the manager was very quick to switch our rooms. Breakfast is very good they have a large selection of things to eat. Overall we are very happy with our stay at the hotel.
