One night stay on way to Colorado. Two rooms for our families. We were placed adjacent. However, the a/c died after 30 minutes. They changed the room, but we had to move our stuff up to the next story. Kind of a pain. The rooms were clean. The double queen layout worked great for two adults and two teenagers. One teen in the Queen and one in the trundle. Pool area really is phenomenal looking. But….it was soooo crowded. Kids everywhere. Jumping in. Running on the deck. Overtaking the jacuzzi. We saw that in other reviews. I think the issue (well, I know the issue) is that guests let in friends/family who live in town. I know this because there was a group of about 6 dads in a circle. One of them said “hey, it’s time to get our cars and head home.” About 15 people walked out. Kinda stinks that non-paying guests get to use the pool for free. The hotel issues wrist bands for guests (to stop this), but NO one comes out to monitor. What good does it do to issue wristbands if the hotel won’t monitor their own rules? Hiring at least one security guard would go a long way to curb the freeloaders. Izabella at the front desk was a great help with pool towels, questions about town, etc. super nice! The only reason not 5 stars is because of the pool issue.
Ceiling fan looks like it hasn't been cleaned in the last decade. Has crusted on dust bunnies from when Will Smith was still playing on playgrounds. Rooms have very little light. Darker than the grinches lair. Water pipes from the units around us were growling all night. A lot of musty, mildewy smoke smell for a smoke-free hotel. Business center? Yeah... A single computer with a broken printer. Right by the freeway, so that's convenient. As long as your not planning on sleep. Hot tub was out of service. Water was orange-red when first turning on the sink. No fitness center (could've checked that before booking). Breakfast was at least on par with other budget hotels. I know I shouldn't have high expectations for a 2.5 star place, but my goodness... How does this place have more than 1 star?
Great location for our travel between Las Vegas airport and Zion and Bryce Canyon Parks. Quiet, clean, easy to find. Caring, friendly service at front desk., even though we arrived VERY late. Great hot breakfast, well tended by smiling hostess.

Very happy to stay at this hotel, the service is very good, the boss is very attentive, breakfast starts at 6 o'clock, very friendly to guests who need to leave early. The room is large, the twin beds are all 1.5 rice beds, and they sleep very comfortably.
This was a lot nicer than any of the other motels where I have stayed in the St. George area. I am not sure why but this time around it was not much more expensive. Very clean and the pool and jacuzzi were awesome... 'Sparkling Clean'. My sleep quality was down just a notch because the bed was a tad bit too soft for me but still one of the best places I have stayed in the St. George area. My tip is about tips. I don't usually usually do continental breakfasts but we did there and it was GREAT! Only problem is there was a jar for tips and I rarely carry cash so I was not prepared. We left what we could but wished I could have left a bit more. If you are going to stay at the Ramada, grab a few extra bucks so if you feel so inclined to leave a tip you can. I know in this economy a little extra can go along way and at today's food prices, the satisfying continental breakfast will easily save more than you will ever leave as a tip, especially if you have children.

Though the hotel is located on the outskirts of town, it is just off the highway and only 10-15 minutes from most restaurants and shops. The hotel is clean, bright and consistent with other Hampton Courts we have visited. This is a good intermediate location on the way to Zion National Park. Tip: take time to visit Snow Canyon State Park on the north side of St. George. You can easily hike the petrified sand dunes.
Staff was great all around, rooms were clean and looks like all had a view either North or South, pool area was clean. What made me choose this property was the reviews about the breakfast, so I chanced it and lost. Breakfast was adequate but nothing to write home about, although I have had much worse breakfasts at properties, I’ve also had much, much better so I decided it would be better to hit the local coffee shop and that was great.
