GGrandTour67708512225My wife and I stayed here for three nights. Our room and the rest of the hotel were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good. A couple of restaurants are right around the corner. Brevard city center is about two miles away. Pisgah National Forest entrance is close. My wife complained about the AC, when starting, smelling musty. The water drain may have been blocked. Breakfast was so so. The oranges were tiny. There was no fruit salad. One day we opted to eat breakfast at the Diner just around the corner. The breakfast there was excellent. Yes, we would stay at this property again.

RRhonda BurkeThe service was good. It was clean and well kept. When I checked in, I was told that Hampton Inn had to put a hold on $20. But I would get it back after I checked out and there was no damage to the room. I checked out on Thursday April 1, 2021 at 10:45am. About 11:30am, there was 2 different attempts to charge my credit card for $200 and $150. There was no damages to the room. My husband and 3 daughters were with me as we were on a family vacation. The 5 of us even cleaned the room up before we checked out. We took the trash out, gather the dirty towels and stacked all together, . I still have not received the $20 either.
