Room and the property was very nice . The hotel is located right by the highway , so it can be noisy at times The breakfast is cold cereal coffee , juice an a muffin , nothing special at all The front desk staff is friendly and helpful They don’t do daily housekeeping, you need to ask for towels and trash removal
Everything is fine, the room is big. The facilities are a bit old, but they are acceptable. The floor is a bit thin and the sound is not good. The sound of the upstairs and downstairs will be heard. Up and down stairs are stairs without elevator
I just stayed here on a business trip but would not recommend. Details are below. Pros: Check in staff was friendly, bathroom was clean, hotel is close to business area, room had a nice mini-fridge. Hotel has amenities for visitors from Japan (bilingual, Japanese breakfast and snacks, Japanese TV, etc). Cons: Room decor could best be described as ”warehouse”. Muted green walls, gray simulated wood grain vinyl tile floor (no carpet! more about that later), furnishings are a different simulated gray wood grain. King room was big but mostly empty space. Room had a bed, arm chair, desk and cheap chair, credenza. Lots of room to add more comfort type stuff like a footstool or a table to put your drink next to the arm chair. Lots of nuisance maintenance / upkeep issues similar to a typical ”chain hotel”, but they usually don't have them all at the same time. Safe didn't work, showerhead had multiple options / settings but couldn't use them because it was stuck on one setting, one of the lamps worked only if you could get the switch in just the right spot, lamp shades didn't match, stains on the mattress cover and curtains, etc But the biggest issue is the noise. Judging by the unpainted bits of trim near the floor and the gaps under the doors, the rooms previously had carpet. But now with the vinyl floors and apparently paper-thin walls, noise transfers from everywhere into your room. When the guy in the room next door uses his bathroom or watches TV, it sounds like he's in your room. This was especially annoying for me because the guy next door to me was most active from 1-4AM. Needless to say, I didn't sleep much. Also, the A/C units have a sheet metal cover that protects the outdoor portion of the unit. It also acts a speaker for any water that drips down and sounds like someone is hammering on your window. At more than $200/night with tax, I will NOT be staying here again.
Very Good

There are staff who can speak Japanese at the front desk, so you don't have to worry even if you are not confident in English.
I took out food from a restaurant in the city and forgot to get chopsticks, but I was able to get them at the front desk.
It was very helpful for me to have my suitcase weighed as well.
Everyone was polite and very nice.
I had a friend who lives locally drive me around, so I don't know how to get there from the airport, etc., but there's a DAISO and restaurants about a 10 minute walk away, so I think it's convenient.
I bought 85° Bakery bread for breakfast and it was delicious.
I think the price is high compared to surrounding hotels, but I think the service is worth it.
There were no inconveniences and I had a very comfortable stay.
thank you very much.
At first we were in the wrong room for us. It was handicapped and we didn't feel it was right to take a room that someone with a disability might need. So we went back to the front desk and asked for a room change. They accommodated us about an hour later (we just went to lunch) and the second room was much better. The hospitality was very nice and they wear many hats there. The room was clean when we arrived but what we did not know was that they don't clean them every day. Due to covid they only clean 3 x a week and we arrived on one of the days of cleaning, then we had guests the 2nd day they would have cleaned and the third day we checked out. When I called downstairs for cleaning, they would not come because the housecleaners didn't work that day. However they did bring us fresh towels and took our trash. The bistro on site is just enough to get a burger, a glass of wine or coffee and bagel for breakfast. Overall, I would stay here again. We felt safe, clean and comfortable.
Stayed here for business. Booked a king room, but upon arriving was advised they only had 2 queens available. I am a Marriott Gold member and would have expected to at least got what was reserved. I didn't expect an upgrade, but I did expect a king bed. All staff encountered in this trip were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. I did enjoy the newly renovated rooms, especially the tile floors (which tile is much cleaner overall). However there were crumbs on the table and dried lotion on the outside of the lotion tube, which overall made the room not feel the cleanest. I enjoyed breakfast in the lounge each morning, and I appreciated the trays in order to take the food to open tables outside. As well as the to-go coffee cups so I could take a cup with me to the office. I had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant, which was fast, convenient, and a good overall selection. The outdoor tables overlooking the pool area were nice and quiet. The parking garage never seemed busy and it was an easy in and out. I will return because I frequent the area for business, I just hope I will get the room reserved and it is cleaned more thoroughly.
So I'm very kinda disgusted.....first off the room itself is extremely outdated, I mean there is actually chipping in the wood, the Carpet is musty and raggedy the legs on the table is poked out the decor looks so retro, the food in the restaurant made all of us have diarrhea, to top it all off, you guys only have 1!! Microwave for all your guests, this is unexceptable and ghetto, I will be calling ihg, you guys make too much money to not upgrade but that aside, Microwave in the room should come standard This was a waste if my points and there was no other one available for reward nights when I checked yesterday I'm to the pont of tears because I'm coming from Michigan for my daughter birthday who has lupus and is very sick all the time, this was the worst experience you guys are not thinking about the customers Outdated and horrible I want my points back I'm asking respectfully, my daughter and I have lupus our feet and legs swelling alot it is quite a chore to go downstairs to lobby every time we needed to heat up foodIhg told me it's mot against any policy to refund the points he said it's totally up to you, so I'm respectful asking that two of my nights points be refunded and I will absolutely take the other room
We highly recommend staying here! Excellent customer service, food, comfort, cleanliness, etc! Beyond 5 star to us. Eat at the restaurant the food quality is excellent, dont forget the yummy cookies, and if during a holiday, tey have an awesome spread to enjoy!
Lost torance hotel, marriott's apartment. The hotel is a two-storey villa community. If you live on the first floor, it will be light and the building will be low. It feels very depressed. It’s a bit strange to enter the room, not used to it. The decoration of the apartment, kitchen utensils and tableware are complete, but there is no toothpaste toothbrush slippers, let alone combs. The bathroom sprinklers cannot be taken down and are not convenient to use. Meals, including breakfast, at 6:30 in the morning, many guests go to breakfast at 6:30, everyone can't sleep. We went there for two days, just Monday through Wednesday, the hotel offered dinner for free, but it was a simple fast food category, hamburger, pizza, soda, etc. It was enough to fill the stomach. During the Spring Festival, the hotel is expensive. There are 1200 rooms in this room, and 1800 in Marriott and Hilton. I usually see 1000 in normal times. If I choose again, I will not choose this hotel again.
No hairdryer in room after checkout I found out you had to order one at the desk. The breakfast is just a coffee bar with granola bars
Bathroom needs a serious cleaning and overhaul
Hot water is fine but the shower head limits the water flow allot
The room smells musty and we had to open the windows to try to have a clean smell
I am sure this was a nice hotel at one time. But it needs updating
Especially the hallway carpet
