I have never rated a hotel one-star before and honestly would have given them ZERO stars if I could. Hot water is a normal thing to expect in a hotel. I have two major requirements while traveling: A clean room/bed and hot water for showering and washing hands. We stayed on the 4th floor while visiting El Paso for a funeral. It was a long, grueling day of travel. When I went to shower, the water would not get hot. Both my husband and myself played with the controls and In he eventually went to the front desk to inquire. The desk attendant informed him that the top floors “need to run the hot water awhile for it to get hot.” First off, this is a DESERT town. You’re seriously advising guests to run the water for 10-15 minutes to get the water hot? No matter how long we ran the water, it never got above tepid. We were unable to sleep as a result of the cool shower. When I checked out the next morning, the desk attendant was not apologetic and did not offer anything (partial refund or points) as compensation. They did say that they would enter a work order. While at breakfast before the funeral, others in our group (also on the 4th floor) reported the same issue with the hot water.

We enjoyed our stay friendly staff both during the day and evening. Clean property the pool was clean . Our room was nice and comfortable nice tv, and comfy bed. Awesome breakfast nice options to choose from, fresh coffee and good juice selection..would definitely stay here again.

Can cook, suitable for Chinese families. Good health and convenient surroundings. There are kitchen utensils to borrow, microwave ovens, stoves, refrigerators.

First time at this location, just everything you’d expect from a HI. Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly service. At this location we got upgraded to a suite and were give a snack bag upon arrival. The only thing we notice was it was a bit noisy, all the hall noise and upper room could be heard… we thought it was weird we were on the 3rd floor, room 310. Business didn’t go as planned and had to stay another day, this time we got a room on the 2nd floor, room 204, maybe just our luck, But the room above us I believe, super noisy, just seemed like kids were running everywhere, or really big folks moving furniture , don’t know!!! again strange since we have been using holiday inn after we switched from La Quinta brand 2 years ago, and never never had a bad experience at the Holiday Inn, but this particular location seems to have a noice filter issue!!. Other than that…. This location is right by the shopping area we usually visit, super friendly staff, i got all my paperwork printed for my business with them, the rooms are really clean, the food is good, the beds are comfty, you can’t go wrong with Holiday Inn.

First, let me start with the good. The furniture and beds were new. This fact is what makes the rest so incredibly weird. Onward to the rest. -The carpet was so gross, I would not take my shoes off. Old, brown, stained and dirty. -The bathroom was so tiny, a heavier person would have to step into the bathtub in order to close the door while using the toilet. -The toilet height was perfect for a toddler, not an adult. -The bathroom door had no hooks and was scratched all over with pealing paint -There was no drain cover in the tub. -The tub didn’t drain. It looked like remnants of food/vomit and dirt bubbled up out of the clogged drain. -The sink drain had no cover. DO NOT WASH YOUR HANDS with rings on. -The entire bath and sink area was crowded and impossible for two people to share comfortably. I will not return.

My wife and I stayed here last night and everything was wonderful especially the friendly and helpful front desk. She ran us out pillows while still working desk. Breakfast was good and plenty of space to sit. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Great place.

Very comfortable bed. Room comes with microwave. Very clean. Good breakfast except the we feedback to the hotel that the cook should not have added salt to the scrambled eggs. Love the waffles. Staff are friendly and attend to queries and requests promptly. Hotel charge USD 10 per day for parking. Located next to highway so you can expect vehicle passing noise all night but I slept soundly though (I am a light sleeper) . I requested for non-highway facing room. The curtains are thick enough to block out most noise. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

My family and I stayed here my husband is a bonvoy member and loved the perks, we had ALOT of luggage and the staff (James) and other staff which we didn’t catch there name held our luggage over night since we were traveling in a truck, we were worried that something would be taken outside! Early morning (James) helped my husband load everything back on to the truck! No hesitation! I can say the facility was very clean had no issues! Thank you

We live locally. We came to this Inn because we had some leaky pipes and decided to let everything dry out and stayed here because it also was pet friendly. There aren’t any bells and whistles to this Inn but it is clean and very quiet & extremely reasonable. I also had a procedure done that required a room that was disabled accessible. The bathroom was really large and had a nice large shower in it. My only complaint is that the rubber gasket around the refrigerator was weak and so we used a slipper to.prop it shut. After that, it stayed extremely cold and nothing spoiled. The microwave worked very well as well .All the hallways are monitored with cameras. A super Walmart is across the street, as well as several restaurants, shopping centers etc. The desk help was very helpful and respectful.
