This was our first time at this property and we were very happy that we chose it. My daughter had cheerleading camp in the area so it made sense for us to stay closer even if we live in Virginia. We made it a nice gateway week end. We had a nice two double beds on the second floor, very spacious with mini refrigerator. Very clean and smell fresh. We also had a chance to experience the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and dinner was amazing, food was very tasty and thank you to our server who was so attentive. We chose the buffet for breakfast which was perfect with pastries, fruits, cereals, scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes etc…very affordable for the area. I love the entrance of the hotel, it is so charming and welcoming. They do have large function spaces however the space does not interfere with noise which we were a little concerned however they had a wedding that Saturday night and we did not hear a thing. One more thank you to the front desk team to accommodating us to check out a little later than usual. My daughter was sick and after taking to the team at the desk they were very friendly and helpful. We will be back!
Absolute best place to stay for folks flying out of Dulles Airport. Free shuttle to the airport, safe parking for your car, excellent restaurant and very friendly staff If your trip is at least two weeks long it’s actually cheaper to stay at hotel and park your car here then to just park it at the airport. Plus no gásteles of driving to airport the day of your flight.
This hotel is in desperate need of an update. Then lobby appeared to be updated and the lower level. The pool was closed due to COVID19 😞 The gym was pretty up todate and nice selection of equipment. Enjoyed my earlier morning work out. Now the elevator was on the small side the cart barley fit in. The floor of the elevator was stained and need to be replaced. The room was definitely need an update. They left no hand soap out and only had soap in the shower. The bathroom was very small and tight. The water pressure was low and took a long time to get hot water going. The room had a musty smell not sure if it was the sanitizer they used but cleared up pretty quickly with a little help from the Tide sanitizer spray I carry with me on every trip. The beds were comfortable but again two queens were rather close together and the refrigerator in the room was very small. The pictures of the room were after we slept so the beds were made properly didn’t think of getting pictures before hand. The breakfast area was nice they had a decent selection and were priced fairly for a hotel. The service was good and food came out quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would come back after they do an update for sure.

Stayed in this hotel during the month of August, 2024 for a week and I have to say that the hotel is perfectly located, near the airport; but, at the same time far enough. Hotel is super clean with large and modern rooms. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help… special thanks to Andrew he was always courteous and happy to help! My only complaint is the workout area, it is small and needs more equipment… other than that, perfect hotel! Also, Hotel is near a good amount of restaurants and fast foods!
The hotel's service consciousness was too poor. I waited for a long time at midnight and there was no one at the front desk. The refrigerator in the room is so loud that it doesn't rest well
-No elevator upon arrival. It appeared one front desk agent was training another during my check-in. I was informed the elevator did not work but should work later today. I am not one to care or even want concierge service or help with bags - I actually hate it. But when you put me on the 3rd floor and I have rolling baggage - and not a little, perhaps have your trainee guy at least help with my bag when I need to drag them up to the 3rd floor. It would have taken 5 minutes to get me to my room had they helped. Instead it was a very unpleasant experience and took me like 15 minutes and a lot of frustration and expended energy. -The hallways and room numbers are absurdly confusing. Orientate yourself quickly. It seems to be shaped like a U, whereas though it is a square, you cannot get from the two points next to each other by hallway. The secret is to cut through the courtyard I discovered after getting lost for like 15 minutes. -No pool or hot tub- as it seems permanently closed. At least the hotel website did not list a pool or hot tub. -Balcony in my room was locked shut. You can open the door, but the screen door stays locked. What is the point of a balcony that you cannot use? -Clean, appeared fairly new. The lobby looked nice. -Late check out keys not work after having them extended. So instead I had to wait in line to re-key cards while I was in a rush leaving. This is exactly why I ensured the keys were set to include the late check out time. So apparently being pro-active to stop a common problem hotels have, it still got messed up by the hotel.

We recently stayed for 3 nights, the place is typical residence Inn homey place, but they delivered top notch service, every staff we encountered was so friendly, and the one bedroom suite we booked was spotless clean, because due to COVID no house cleaning daily, which is totally no issue for us, every time we needed something (i.e extra towels, bathroom amenities, etc), we just sent the msg via Marriott mobile chat, they fulfilled the requests almost immediately and left the items in a bag outside our room. Complimentary Breakfast is grab-and-go bags, but you can request frozen sandwiches to be heated at the room microwave. Very pleasant stay, this place is highly recommended.

CCHUNHONGGood value for money, very clean and comfortable, recommend everyone to stay
Checked in early and room ac didn’t work. While I was glad to be able to check in early, the maintenance man told me that the air conditioning hadn’t worked in the room in a while. Why did they give me the room? I am a ambassador of level titanium lifetime elite member with Marriott. So then I went to the second room and the set up it is not what I would like however, the refrigerator in the room the gasket was warped it wouldn’t close properly, so the freezer section was all iced up and then it must’ve gone into defrost mode overnight because it was water all over the floor the next morning. They have the old style air-conditioning the one like the 70s hotels it’s in the window and there’s a ceiling fan the other door when the room underneath me or on the side of me turns on their ceiling fan the lamp that’s on the desk in the room, literally vibrates! There was no shower gel in the shower, and I had to pull very hard to get the shower to engage. It was obviously corroded in the shower didn’t come on all the way so I got a little bit of the water than the rest came out the spigot. Breakfast was great. The first day I was there second I was there it was something out of the frozen section. It was all disgusting. I ended up going to McDonald’s for breakfast, and it was definitely several steps above what they were serving. When I go back to that hotel no. The Wi-Fi was marginal. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice, but that doesn’t make up for this hotel which honestly I’ve stayed at better motel six hotels than this!
RRaventraven77The hotel is very clean and there customer service is above and beyond they contacted my phone to ask if I needed anything there amenities are amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a get away or someone looking to treat there partner to a night out

GGuest UserI'm just trying to figure out what it is where I keep trying to be Safe and get Help from the people who I thought were supposedly my Government and Law Enforcement Agencies, yet haven't been able to get Anything Accomplished after years of my being in Washington D.C. constantly running up to Capital Hill and/or White House, Not to mention how many other parts of this Hypocrisy in Democracy, yet my trying to constantly keep coming up with the Funding to keep having to fork over paying for Hotels instead of my being jumped and robbed again like how Chicago's Finest claimed what was that got me in that coma to begin with, being chased around the Country by the same types of *****s that in which I originally came to D.C. Metropolitan area thinking that I'd Finally be able to get away from, here now seemingly running Government and Everything else! More than less, I'm just trying to figure out what it is that's got like Every Foreigner and/or LGBTQ Community Member(s) Nationwide chasing me around thinking that if they were to Completely Annoy, Harass, pretty much do Anything that's either going to Kill me off, that and/or giggling from them passing out HIV/AIDS, then calling me Homophobic when I'm Not willing to accept such, putting God knows what in People's Food/Drinks and Cigarettes like it's Legal, somehow having 3rd party Booking sites in on the bogus Game(s) of keeping a person trapped outside until they decide being in relations with individuals who've got the exact same genetic sexual manifest as that of myself, with how many from every other Country(s) in on poisoning others (most of which having the same permanently tanned derriere as I also am Born and Breded with pushing to make sure that they're able to keep the Colored Folks either Trapped in Jail and/or out on the Streets, while everybody who's not from this Country is able to gather up every Everything, and having our Jobs, Religious Freedom(s) Ethical Hospital/Medical Services, and how much of Everything else, while nearly every City and State seemingly making sure that they're keeping US out stranded!
The receptionist is always hiding in the room. When we arrived we had to wait for at least five minutes before she showed up with foods in her mouth. The welcome container with water has no water but full with ice. It’s a decoration: each time we passed by the water was always used up but ice. Clean room but the vent has a slight smell of smoke in the bathroom. It made me wonder if the towels had smoke smells for a few times.

CCLINTONMy wife and I were so pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Comfort Suites Dulles Airport hotel. The room was clean and spacious and very quiet, the facilities were very complete, the bed was very comfortable, the free breakfast had quite an abundant variety of choices and all the food was clean and hygenic and well-presented, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The complementary airport shuttle service was punctual with helpful drivers. We definitely plan to stay there again when we need to spend a night in that part of the DC area.
*** Happen to Ed! This hotel has gone to sh!* to the point were we had to contact lawyers for advance on how to move forward. Corporate/customer relations has not been vary helpful, tho we do have more than one complaints in. So let’s begin… I personally stayed at this location before it was an ESA and was a long term resident throughout the hotel switch and after. When it switch to ESA the manager Edward was amazing! Other guest including myself loved him. I end up moving and my family still stays at this location. ( my mom, & sister) separately. There is now a new manager. “JB”. Who has hired new staff and him along with his new staff has been extremely unprofessional, rude, stank & sh*!y to my family who stays here along with other guest & staff who was hired before he got here. Example 1- one of the managers walked into my sisters room without knocking or calling because DOWNSTAIRS ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE. While her kids were in there sleeping. (You don’t let urself into a guest room like that) then gave her a hard time and blaming her for a separate room smelling Smokey. 2- a guy who stays a door down from my moms room called her a N!**$er and was yelling and screaming at the cleaning lady saying racial Slurs. When mention to front desk. They called the manager “JB” who did nothing about it. So this ****** person is still in the building living a few doors from my mom. 3- there was a mouse in my moms room and front desk was called. Manger was there and refused to give my mom traps for her room or offer a solution for her. Instead he gave her attitude she had to wait tell the following day to receive them. 4- one of the ladies that work at night has been harassing my brother and being rude to my family. She has some hate towards everyone and is not professional. She told my sister she could not get keys fixed to get back in her room after dark (when she is working) even though they stop working on her. How can you regulate when someone needs their keys fixed to get back in their room? She also calls my mom room late at night to complain about things she has no attorney over. 5- one of the other staff who has been hired by the manager has been extremely rude to all of us. He rolls his eyes, talking inappropriate, smacks his lips, and gives major attitudes and he is not only doing this to us adults he has done it to the kids as well. That is vary inappropriate. 6- my mom has been leaving complaints but it appears to go to property manager “JB” who closes complaints and not deals with them. So his upper management dose not sees these complaints and our complaints are not being resolved. Within all this mess, him along with staff have decided to show they don’t like my family and is rude as f*%!k The list goes on…. My family is here due to an domestic issue and a company has been reaching out to this hotel but the manger is none responsive to the company. This is crazy experience and there are other issues that I did no
GGuest UserWhat a great property! The entire stay was flawless! John the manager was top notch , professional , and went above and beyond for us the entire stay! I booked 2 rooms and this will be the norm as we travel with our family most of the time. We will be back again. Golpear the trainee at the front desk was great he appears to be coming along well with John by his side!
