I just stayed for 2 nights during PSU orientation. I liked that I could be on the campus in about 6 minutes which I think was closer than the Springhill I stayed in the last time. The room was good and the bed was comfy. I am not a fan of tub showers, but they made up for it by have miniature shampoos etc and not those gross 'environmental' bug pump ones that gross me out. One negative was the first morning with ”Do not disturb” on the door, we were woken up by housekeeping because she was doing inventory and wanted to know if we had a microwave in the room. I was not happy at all, and after I told her so, as she was walking away she called me rude ( I wasn't). But outside of that incident I was happy with my stay.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. The central air-conditioning heating air outlet arrangement is not very reasonable. One of the air outlets is facing a bed. Fortunately, I stayed alone in my room and avoided it, otherwise the other person stayed. That bed was just uncomfortable being blown by the air outlet.
The hotel is not far from the State University and is on a golf course. The entrance to the lobby is a little bit of a classic style. The room is on the first floor. The bed and sofa are a bit old. The desk is a bit gray. Fortunately, the bathroom is a little big to make up for the shortcomings. When I walked out of the room, I found that this hotel was not made a mistake. It is worth a Live, because the outside of the room is so beautiful, like in Wonderland, like in the fairy tale world, I will consider staying next time.

I have stayed here several times, the room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm, the location is also very convenient to travel on the campus, very good experience!
Need to have the ice machines serviced so a guest doesn’t have to walk the hole way around the building and then be told to go find another one and it didn’t work and if that was didn’t go up the stairs and there is another one there and it didn’t work so we had to walk the hole way around the building again on the second floor to find one ice machine that worked. Then while walking all the way around the stairs outside to go to the ground floor and parking lot were closed (Saftey Issue if there was a fire). The service desk employees were very polite.

This time in the United States for the Spring Festival, booked the apartment hotel in advance.
The hotel is located in the south of the gate of Penn State University. The surrounding environment is good and the transportation is convenient. The free loop bus White Loop inside the university passes by the hotel.
The hotel is fully equipped and the free WiFi signal is very good (login is valid for one week, and you need to log in again after expiration). The room is large and the facilities are complete; Open kitchen electric stove, various pots, bowls, dishes, knives and forks, refrigerators, dishwashers, coffee machines and other kitchen utensils are very complete, can meet all kinds of cooking needs, but lack of hot water bottles.
This time I booked a 4-person room. There is actually a big bed. The sofa in the room can be easily opened. It is also a big bed. Pillows, sheets and blankets are provided for free.
The family spent the Spring Festival in the hotel, went to the supermarket to buy daily, cook by themselves, very convenient, comfortable, cost-effective.
Highly recommended for long stays, users with cooking needs.
Room 111 was terrible. Smelled like someone a month ago poured a water/pee and nobody dried the room well. We asked to change our room, but it didn’t happen. Manager said that all rooms are booked. After that we had to book another hotel. Because staying in that room was impossible. I called ******* for refund. They contacted to the hotel and man at the front desk said that he offered us another room… It’s unbelievable because it was a lie. We went to the front desk two times and he didn’t offer us another room. Also they denied for refund. After that I called to the hotel. Front desk man started to say that he did offer another room, because someone canceled reservation… I was shocked, how people can lie so easily… So no refund, no excuses. Worst experience with hotels ever. Never will stay in roadway inn again
The facility is ultra-clean and modern. We were greeted at the front desk by a smiling, professional associate who recognized us as Choice Privileges members. The room was excellent. Clean, comfortable beds, the bathroom was ultra-clean and well-stocked. We had a couch area in which to relax. We also had a large-screen TV, a microwave, a safe, a refrigerator, and plenty of closet space. The carpeting was clean and the drapes worked. Don't laugh - we've been in hotels where they didn't work. Breakfast the next morning was well-equipped, and what we would expect. The lady stocking and attending to the guests there was exceptional. I made a point of thanking her directly. Upon checkout the next morning, the desk attendant was also professional and friendly. Believe me, if you're looking for a comfortable night in a very good facility at a reasonable rate in Happy Valley - this is the place. We WILL return here again! Great job to all!
This was our first visit here and we were happy with our choice. It has a good location which is very close to the college and only a 10-15 minute drive to Tussey Mountain. The grounds are very inviting and landscaped nicely. We were greeted by a friendly face and felt welcomed right away. Our room was fresh/clean but mirrors were a little cloudy from another cleaner other than window cleaner. The bed was comfortable, although pillows could use an upgrade as they were kind of small and ”lumpy”. A few small cosmetic things would really make rooms nicer but overall this was a very good stay. The complimentary breakfast had nice choices and the attendant was very helpful. If we ever return to area we would stay here again
