I love the hotel , I have stayed here a couple of times and I never had a problem . Staff is always courteous and the pool is always well kept .

Descent location as well as room! The view from the room was fantastic. My only hiccup was a rude employee that charged my card when my room was already prepaid and not just the tax that I owed , although it was easily disputable I had to wait and be inconvenienced by waiting for money that shouldn’t have been taken out of my card.

Breakfast is rich, American breakfast is standard, with children staying in twin rooms, you can bring swimsuits and swimming pools, there is a little distance from tourist attractions, you have to look at the map, but no problem driving

Hotel is good, that is, the Holiday Inn has to collect the deposit, it will take a long time to return, forced to feel very uncomfortable, it is best not to choose the Holiday Inn, basically every holiday hotel receives a deposit! Ctrip has not written clearly, resulting in consumers are very passive, everyone should complain!

The hotel is very clean. It's just that there are garbage trucks making a lot of noise in the morning. A bit noisy across the highway. Good breakfast. Better than hotels of the same level.

I always ♥ to stay at this Extended Stay in Simi Valley. THE WONDERFUL LADY WITH AN ACCENT AT CHECK IN ( SORRY FORGOT NAME MURIAL??) HAS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND EVERYTIME I AM STAY!!! Pet friendly for sure is a plus also ! That you to all the staff and eagerness to be of help!

The room was clean with a recent renovation, but the bathroom floor Garbage had not been removed. I checked in late at night, but I was not satisfied with the room assigned to the first floor.

The service is the most important for the hotel. For more than half a month, the whole set of services that such a hotel can provide can be kept at a top priority. Whether it can consider the price of the frequent residents, it will become better.
