Very happy with this hotel. Bed and bedding were nice, bathroom was clean, all amenities worked as expected, breakfast was satisfactory. Did have a problem with our key card, but they replaced it immediately so not a big deal. Parking lot is kind of hard to enter (could use better signage) but ok once you get the hang of it. Area seemed safe and had several food options nearby. Would stay here again.

The bed and room were good, housekeeping was very good, and the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. I agree with others that the bathroom lighting is very dim so you’ll have to move a lamp in there if you want to put on makeup. The even number rooms have traffic and sometimes stadium noise but it wasn’t too bad. The A/C worked just fine for us. No smart tv was kind of weird. The breakfast options were better than average with a taco bar but do not expect a single gluten free choice if that is something you need. The front desk took 24 hours to find a package that had been delivered for me but eventually did and all other deliveries were handled promptly. There was a discrepancy between my final bill and the reservation rate but that was handled efficiently. I didn’t expect it but you have to pay $10/day parking. But I would choose this over the nearby Hampton Inn that is literally on the highway.

Service was amazing! The hotel was so clean…like the cleanest one I’ve been to lately. All of the staff was so attentive and kind. I want to shout out specifically, Monique, the manager. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will def be back when we travel to the Louisville area again. Also, the breakfasts were quite yummy with a variety of choices to fit all of our family diet needs.
Hotel was clean and staff did a great job accommodating our convention. Check in was quick, breakfast was good and had many options to choose from. The rooms were clean and updated. I would stay there again. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool this trip.
Two nice outdoor seating areas, some covered great for larger groups to gather (like the youth sports team that used the larger area for dinner complete with Crockpots!) Spacious room, lots of storage and counter space; curtain divider between pullout sofa and bed area. Wouldn’t call this an actual suite because it’s all one room but it has been very thoughtfully designed Bathroom - great lighting, good water pressure, “barn door” type bathroom door doesn’t lock No hand soap at sink Kitchen area was surprisingly well equipped - sink, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave The property is well maintained and our room was very clean. Lobby/breakfast area is spacious with lots of seating. Breakfast offerings are all prepackaged, just heated on site, and arranged fairly well for many people to access at once. Attendant had some trouble keeping everything well stocked. When a couple of teams of teenaged boys are guests, breakfast quantities need to be adjusted. Indoor pool with a covered patio area adjacent. Overall, hotel has a modern look and feel, much like Hilton’s Tru brand but the rooms seem larger and don’t feel like a glorified “dorm” room like Tru. First time at a Home2 Suites and I would definitely choose this brand again but probably not this particular hotel simply because of the airport noise. Nothing bad about the property at all and I knew it was in the flight path when booked. I chose a lower floor room thinking it might help alleviate the noise issue but really not so much. (There is bowl of individually wrapped earplugs for the guests at the check in desk) Pluses - large, well designed rooms; nice outdoor spaces, one with a gas fire pit; modern look and feel without being too austere; shuttle van available on demand to take you anywhere within three miles of the hotel. All staff did their jobs well, very professional. Minuses - simply the location, though this would be good place to stay before an early morning flight.
This property is not recommended. Located in a sketchy area with numerous homeless on the street in front and even in the lobby when I checked in. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but it was an uncomfortable walk from a safety standpoint even during daylight hours. VERY noisy from the road in front of the property, especially for a Monday night in my opinion. Loud music from cars, sirens, large trucks. Airplanes can be heard but not intrusive and the property is an airport location, so that is expected. I would choose even-numbered room if possible, facing the back of the property. Room was clean, but furniture was worn, torn and broken. No coffee maker in my room, even though there was coffee, cups, sugar and cream. Internet was not working or slow, even for light email. I didn't even try streaming. Fitness center was good. Variety of equipment and open 24 hours. Breakfast was buffet style with the standard bacon, eggs, potatoes, toast, yogurt, cereal. Including for Bonvoy Elite if you choose breakfast over points. Side note - mobile check-in defaults to points. Staff was indifferent during each of my three encounters - checking in, inquiring about breakfast and breakfast itself. Too many negatives for me to return.
Excellent low spot rooms were clean well-kept linen was spotless the front desk Clerks tend to stare at you too much when you come downstairs for breakfast, and they hawk-eye your plates as if you're not going to eat a sausage biscuit and a bagel would you pay $6 for if you order on this website here. Either way, hot shower totally worth it, neighbors are quiet my room was near the elevator, and it didn't smell like a locker room in the fitness center. Although it was an excellent day and I was very happy, even extended by a day. I think you'll love it oh, it's typical Ramada Style at a price we can all afford!
