Staff is amazing. Fay and Trish and Edward has always treated me like one of the family. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Very little issues. If so they have taken care of them. I highly recommend this hotel. I have been staying here long term. And been well treated
The suites are lovely and spacious. Perfect for a week long stay. The conference room provides a good space for evening work. Front dest staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is breakfast:) The only down side is you have to remember to ask for cleaning/refresh of towels at least half way through your stay. That may be everywhere but I feel like the chains need to reconsider for long term guests. Clean at least on the 3rd day.
The accommodations were fine and quite comfortable overall. The breakfast was good, with a selection of hot dishes (scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage patties) as well as cold cereal, bagels, bread (for toast), etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. I would definitely stay there again. Disliked · The juice machine at breakfast didn't work properly, so getting juice was quite difficult. (Most people just gave up.) Our room was noisy--we heard quite a bit of noise from the interstate highway in front of the hotel.
Rooms was nice and clean and check-in was easy. You will notice some parking lot noise from the patrons of the restaurants nearby but it wasn’t a problem unless you are an extremely light sleeper. There are a number of places for dining within walking distance of the hotel and Outlet Mall shopping nearby.
Easy to find and check in was a breeze. The room, as always with Element, was awesome. I ordered food in and I waited in the lobby for delivery. Had a very nice conversation with the young lady at the desk. Thankfully, she gave me several recommendations for things to do in Austin. We toured the capitol building and went to Zilker Park on our visit. They have a really nice breakfast, including a coffee machine that makes cappuccino, etc. Tip: adjust the time for the milk to 20 seconds for the cappuccino or you will overflow the cup. Laundry facilities are available on site. And they have complimentary beer, wine, and light snacks M-TH. Just a really nice stay. Everyone is so helpful. The kitchen is very nice; I like the special faucet for filtered water to fill your water bottle.
The team there was incredible to work with on helping accommodate our group's needs. The location worked well and was easy to get to and the common spaces worked very well for our group. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would highly recommend a stay with them.
Stayed here two different nights. The first time was decidedly mediocre at a great rate. It felt better than a motel but not what you’d expect from the brand. The lobby and inside were sp**** but clean. The bar looked great. Some oddities the first night were a skunky musty smell on the second floor. The ice machine had also appeared to have been removed after it broke and replace with a sign to go upstairs (classy). The room was outdated but functional. There is FedEx depot next store and unless you close the blinds it will seem light daylight all night (not exaggerating). Also a bit of noise from that direction. The second night we received a different room and this is where the fun began. Looked like a bad DIY job in the bathroom that led to water flooding everywhere. I’d wouldn’t have been okay with this out of a cheap motel much less a Holiday Inn. The breakfast was the amongst the worst I’ve encountered with hotels. The saving grace was yogurts and cold cereal. If you get the right rate consider this hotel... but I wouldn’t pay Holiday Inn prices.

Excellent
Mmchiang1111My recent stay at the Hilton Home2Suites was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a convenient small kitchen setting that added an extra layer of comfort to my experience. While the room service schedule for changing bed sheets was every 3 or 4 days, likely due to the holiday season, this minor detail was overshadowed by the overall quality of service. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was pleasant. The breakfast options were a highlight, offering a variety of tasty choices that exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this category. Kids love to make their own breakfast. This is a pet-friendly hotel.
The cleanliness of the room and the efficiency of the staff in attending to their needs were commendable. This hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and quality service, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a home away from home.
My husband, myself, and my 9 year old needed a hotel due to Hurricane Beryl. We decided on the Tru at around Rock as we had previously stayed there before and always liked it. This time was no different. The woman at check in on July 8th was such a sweetheart! She gave us recommendations for food and even some coupons for nearby restaurants. We had a two queen bed room. The room was cleaned really well, and the bed was super comfy! We were on the fourth floor, and we didn’t really hear any noise. Breakfast was a bit meh. The last few times we had been at this Tru location, there was cut fruit. The only fruit available was just a whole apple. I had only oatmeal which was a good texture. Husband said the sausage and eggs weren’t very good, so he ended up throwing his away and just got toast instead. My 9 year old did enjoy the pancakes though. He liked being able to put chocolate syrup on them as well as Oreo pieces. They also had sprinkled and caramel but he didn’t want that. There were one type of muffins available, four choices of cereal, two juices available but no water, bagels, and English muffins. I think that was about it for breakfast. I can’t remember if yogurt was available or not. On the plus side, the woman in charge of breakfast was nice, and she was always keeping everything g topped up if it needed it. Checkout was easy, and the woman at the front desk at checkout was nice too. We’ll definitely always stay at this hotel when we’re in Round Rock.
Booked this hotel with a large group of families for a soccer tournament in Austin. Made reservation several weeks before. While traveling to Austin the day of check-in the hotel canceled our reservation saying that the credit card use to reserve was not valid (it had been compromised). Hotel admittedly did not contact us or the soccer club to notify us of the cancellation. When we checked-in they said we would have to pay full daily rate and would not fix the situation for us - they later admitted they could have charged the discounted reservation rate but desk clerk chose not to do so and it was her discretion what to charge. Front desk suggested we talk to a manager - we went to front desk multiple times during that Holiday weekend and were told there was no manager on duty who could handle the situation. We called the soccer club travel agency and they did not receive notification of cancellation either. After repeated attempts to contact the hotel after the trip we finally reached the group sales manager (hotel manager never did respond to messages). Sales mgr cited the fine print in the soccer travel agreement that gave hotel the right to cancel any reservation on check-in day and charge full rate, etc. We asked for a discount on our payment since the rate we reserved was much less and there was obviously a problem with the compromised credit card and the hotel did not notify us of the cancellation. Also, whereas hotels normally hold the card for reservation - this hotel wanted to charge the card on check-in day rather than just address the problem when we checked-in. There was no general manger on duty for (3) days which is concerning for many other reasons and a liability for the hotel. The dead bolt on the room door did not work and we asked for repair of that and it was not repaired. Given the situation I asked the hotel just to help us out and discount the room to the rate we reserved or give is a discount on a future stay or anything to help, I was told they would check and call me back and never heard anything. So (40) soccer families stayed in this hotel for (3) nights and one family was charged a much higher rate than the other (39),
This is an almost new hotel right next to the highway with clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are super helpful, polite and efficient. This brand is pretty awesome with free breakfast, that has a good selection of hot and cold options. A bar onsite and despite being close to a busy highway was surprisingly quiet
GGuest UserThe overall cleanliness wasn't good! Dirt in elevator, dirty windows, carpets stained and even the breakfast tables needed a good scrub! Around the corners of the tables had a lot filth and skin-grease.... In the hotel lobby and also in our room where a lot of mosquitoes.... Breakfast staff was very friendly and did a really good job... Whe booked breakfast seperate for 10$ for the two of us, but a lot of people didn't seem to know about the extra cost of the breakfast.... The breakfast cutlery and plates where plastic and it seemed a cheap option.... We didn't stay our second night, we booked a different hotel! We got a refund for our second night and we where promised that the manager would call us about our disappointment, but he never did call! This is our second time at a Hilton garden inn, and twice we found the properties run down, not clean and we will never book this hotel ever again!
Mostly a good experience. I found the hotel to be clean and the room was quiet. However the pillows (all eight of them) were lumpy and uncomfortable and the breakfast was disappointing- not much of a choice other then cereal. You have to drive around the building before you find the main parking lot.
GGuest UserGreat staff, close to several shopping and dinning choices, Excellent hot breakfast bar. This location has a pool in the back. You can park right next to where your room is. The property seemed secure.
