I want to say this hot is very nice . I have been there within a few weeks from each with my family with my husband for a business trip. A few things tho needs to be updated, I had a broken toilet seat and a dishwasher that didn't work. All in all the rooms are clean and spacious. One downfall is tge hot tub there is not hot. It's very Luke warm . Not sure if they have it this way on purpose. Loraine I believe how she spells is wonderful. I have made so special requests that I needed for my family ,ans she was more than accommodating. Well return again

My friends and I arrived late night/early morning after touring the Moundsville Penitentiary. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We asked if we could stay past the checkout time and they accommodated that. They checked multiple times if there was anything we needed while we waited and offered water. Overall great staff!

My husband and I stayed in room 102 at this hotel. The room smells like dog pee/poop. We can't fall asleep at night due to the smell. Front desk let us sleep in room 122 and allowed us to leave the luggage in 102. We went to room 122, the room smell of cigarette. At the end, front desk transferred us to room 119, which that room was fine. At 8 am, one of the Housekeeping ladies knocked our door in room 119. She woke us up without apologize. She asked if we were from room 102. She said someone was in our room. She was trying to open the door and couldn't open it. I was wondering why she needs to open the door since we have a do not disturb sign at the door. There have nobody inside the room besides the luggages. My husband went to room 102 after the lady left. The luggages are still in the room and nobody was inside. The same lady came again and told my husband that her key wasn't working. Her key wasn't able to open our door. We were just not sure why this housekeeping lady needs to keep trying to open our door. Do not stay in this hotel if you don't want someone to knock your door in the early morning and wake you up without apologize and trying to get into your room when you have a do not disturb sign at the door. Do not leave any valuable items in the room.

We had a king room that was on the first floor and everything was amazing about the entire experience. The room was nice and spacious with a good sized refrigerator and a sink in the room (which was nice for filling our drinking vessels with ice). The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite clean. There was a smaller bed in the room with a half wall between the two beds so that would be nice if you were staying with your child (we weren't). All of the staff were SUPER helpful and SUPER nice with zero ”attitudes” that you can sometimes get from hotel staff. I will definitely stay here again.

Simple , very clean, well managed budget hotel. The room and bathroom was very clean, smelled fresh. The staff was helpful and professional. You could tell they took good care of the place. They had a small swimming pool . I didn’t care about coffee makers or iron in the room . The breakfast was simple and finished earlier than advertised but that’s not a problem! For the price I paid, it was perfect!
