The east building is noisy at night. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. The air conditioner vents are facing the bed. You can only sleep with the quilt covered or the air conditioner will blow directly on your head. The room is ok and the sheets are clean.
The beautiful environment of the hotel is a classic in the century-old architecture. In the literary city center, the interior has modern facilities and the service is very warm. The lobby also provides guests with delicious drinks and desserts. The public areas are quiet and elegant, and the surrounding environment has a cultural heritage. The famous mural wall is in the surrounding area, which is a good choice for home travel.

This “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read.
There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers!
Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair.
Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.
A bed is equipped with four high and low soft and hard pillows, and the shampoo and shampoo are quite easy to use. The towels of different sizes are white, and the buffet breakfast on weekends is also good😊 and the taste of coffee is also good
We stayed here for one night to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony at RISD. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean as its a new facility in the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend people to stay.
A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.
Stayed at this hotel with children for 2 weeks, the room was very large and new, there was no decoration, the kitchen was fully equipped, the sound insulation was good, the breakfast was affordable, the next day was cleaned, the gym laundry room was complete, it was a pet-friendly hotel, and I saw many tourists with dogs. It is not far from the shopping center and the station next to it, and it is within walking distance. Will book here again next time.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious and well decorated. The front desk gave me a view room and upgraded it to free breakfast. I thought it would be noisy on the first floor, but it was very quiet. It is also convenient to get in and out. Valet parking is $40 a day.
GGuest UserGreat location, good breakfast combos, proximity to everything in the city, friendly staff and maintenance team, rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make any type of meal for 4 to 5 people. The fridge is family size. The elevator is swift and well maintained- I have been in a hotel that the elevator took for ever to travel up and down, the wait time was frustrating mostly during morning breakfast rush hours. Just so you know, breakfast is free. Parking is not free, but valet service on site. I will recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Providence. We enjoyed our stay!
AAnonymous UserThe bed was very comfortable, and it was $22 to park overnight at the parking lot next to it, and you could get change if you asked for cash. The surrounding environment is very quiet, but there are fewer people on the streets in Providence at night, but police cars patrol more frequently.
GGuest UserAfter checking in, I asked for a toothbrush from the front desk, but it was not delivered after more than 2 hours. I called twice to urge it, but to no avail. I was very disappointed with the service.
The check-in time of the hotel is 4 pm. I paid the 25 early check-in fee at around 1 pm. The price is ok. However, it is very inconvenient to not have slippers. Please pay attention to it!
