"The east building is noisy at night. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy. The air conditioner vents are facing the bed. You can only sleep with the quilt covered or the air conditioner will blow directly on your head. The room is ok and the sheets are clean."
"Very good B&B, the number of rooms is not much, very clean, a little far from the station, next to the expressway is a bit noisy at night, others are good, it is recommended!"

"A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental."
"This “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read.
There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers!
Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair.
Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us."
"Food from the cafe (comes with Starbucks coffee) is both well-presented and delicious. The room is clean, comes with a nice black out curtain for well-rested nights. The room is very spacious."
"Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future."
"The environment of the hotel is good, and the location is very good in the city center. It's convenient to eat in the United States. The breakfast is good, but it's not suitable for our Chinese stomachs. But it's okay, you can cook easily, there are microwave ovens, induction cookers, and woks There is also a coffee machine that can boil hot water, which is good for me who likes to drink tea, but my daughter can speak English, and I have already booked a room with Ctrip. When my daughter is away, the front desk asks me to use my credit card to pay the deposit, and the communication is difficult."

GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious and well decorated. The front desk gave me a view room and upgraded it to free breakfast. I thought it would be noisy on the first floor, but it was very quiet. It is also convenient to get in and out. Valet parking is $40 a day.
GGuest UserGreat location, good breakfast combos, proximity to everything in the city, friendly staff and maintenance team, rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to make any type of meal for 4 to 5 people. The fridge is family size. The elevator is swift and well maintained- I have been in a hotel that the elevator took for ever to travel up and down, the wait time was frustrating mostly during morning breakfast rush hours. Just so you know, breakfast is free. Parking is not free, but valet service on site. I will recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Providence. We enjoyed our stay!
MMin0622We stayed here for one night to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony at RISD. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean as its a new facility in the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend people to stay.
AAnonymous UserStayed at this hotel with children for 2 weeks, the room was very large and new, there was no decoration, the kitchen was fully equipped, the sound insulation was good, the breakfast was affordable, the next day was cleaned, the gym laundry room was complete, it was a pet-friendly hotel, and I saw many tourists with dogs. It is not far from the shopping center and the station next to it, and it is within walking distance. Will book here again next time.
龙龙No breakfast at the hotel, the hotel is in a good location, convenient, with parking, the room is good, it is the best hotel I have stayed in at this price in the United States.
BBuchangdarenhaoThe environment is very good, the location is very good, the highway is very convenient, the signs are very clear, the location is invincible, it is very convenient to go everywhere. The city is not very big, but it is worth visiting
