Outstanding
GGuest UserA very good resort hotel, five-star, with complete facilities, two swimming pools with indoor and outdoor views, and two or three hot spring pools. The slide is also fun. The hotel will give you a small kettle and a welcome shell necklace. The hotel staff is very friendly. Andre from the housekeeping department took me upstairs and downstairs to help me. He was afraid that I couldn't find the ice machine on the floor. The only bad experience was that there was a protest by their temporary workers at the entrance of the hotel parking lot. Because the hotel does not sign contracts with them, they are all temporary workers. The hotel's catering is very average. The pork ribs are a bit overcooked. Sitting in the hotel yard, you can see manta rays eating. Parking is $30 per day and valet parking is $40. It's a bit expensive, but I still recommend it when I see a discount. We have stayed in several Kona hotels and this one has the best value for money.
GGuest UserThe Condo was in good condition, could’ve used new carpet and paint touch up but despite that very clean!!! The size the condo was perfect and we could see the ocean from the patio doors. The kitchen was well serviced with clean nice dishes. The washer/dryer was a fabulous feature we used!! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was including and easy to find. Condo was close to Kona Inn shopping and the bypass road used for Hwy 11. Would definitely recommend staying there!!! The guest book in the condo to write your own entry was so fun to read what other guests had done!!
YYiu ChunWhen we check in, the front desk lady was being nice and friendly
Unfo you missed our room for housekeeping the next day and we came back after 6pm, called the front desk to arrange it and was rejected at first as after 4pm. At the end a lady came by and changed the towels.
We didn’t put any DNB sign on so it was entirely upto your handling, not upto our expectation for Marriott group in this regards

Very Good
GGuest UserLocated in the center of Kyle Acona, the location is very convenient as you can reach the beautiful cityscape in a few minutes walk.
The cleanliness of the room was a bad thing and there was no special concern.
It was a family trip of four, so I was grateful that there were two washrooms when preparing for the morning.
Breakfast is included, but breakfast is outside and the hygiene side is a little concerned.
Honolulu is a city that is not exotic because there are many Japanese people, but Kona is not so good, and most of the year is blessed with the weather, which is said to be a sunny town. I think it's just right for people who are planning to go to Kona and want to sleep in the hotel.

Very Good
NNovaxThe 2-bedroom and 1-living room type is very good, can accommodate 6 people, 4 rooms, and there is an active bed in the hall. There are also two bathrooms. It is very comfortable to live. But there is no air conditioning, one room has an air conditioning cabinet, but if you want to use it, you have to pay extra. Washing machine dryer is very new, easy to use, but people who sleep in the living room bed will hear the sound of the machine running. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for those who plan to cook. The hotel has a large supermarket and commercial center in the area in 5 minutes by car. We arrived at 9 pm and the front desk had ended work, but there was a special line phone at the front desk door. Calling to inform the surname will tell you the password of the room key deposit box password, and you can pick up the key yourself. There is no elevator in all buildings, which is inconvenient. In addition, the worst part of the room is that the window facing the road is not a traditional window, but a glass shutter, the gap is large, the noise is too loud. At night, there are fewer cars and there are more cars after 6 o'clock in the morning, and it feels like sleeping on the side of the road. Students who don't sleep well should choose carefully.
ZzaddyThe hotel is located right on the shoreline with walkable access to many restaurants nearby. It’s also a convenient 20 minute drive from the airport. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessities. The only downside is the nearby pubs open late into the night; you will hear people screaming/yelling and karaoke until about 1am. If you are on a lower floor, the waves crashing against the shore can get rough and loud depending on the tides/weather.

JJichinThe hotel is in a good location. There are several small restaurants nearby. It's a 3-minute drive to the supermarket. The room is not big but has a small balcony to hang clothes. The soundproofing is average. Paid parking is required. It's full after 7 o'clock. Check-in must be at 4 o'clock. Fortunately, I arrived less than half an hour early. I checked in and got the room card after sitting for a while. The beach and the port behind can see the rainbow, which is very nice. There is an ABC store under the courtyard opposite, open until 11 o'clock.
