The hotel is in a good location in North Charleston. The only complaint I have is that the shower floor was dirty so we end up using Micro Ban and shower shoes and the blanket on the bed had a stain on it but front desk sent us clean blankets and sheets.

The overall accommodation is okay, just the breakfast buffet. I even gave a bill and asked for a tip. I can't understand it. I haven't seen it in other hotels! This is more strange
The hotel is as pictured, great location and beautiful lobby & bar and great friendly staff as you walk in. The pool was a nice spot to relax and my daughter had a great time swimming. Outlet stores are directly across the street and lots of quick food options. Easy commute into Charleston and folly beach area. The room was nice, beds were fairly comfortable, not the best hotel mattress I’ve ever slept on. The bathroom is the only negative. Unlike the rest of the room it had this poorly fitted drop ceiling that was starting to rust from the poor ventilation. There was also a wire rack shelf in the shower that was mostly rusted over, not the kind of place you want to rest you bar of soap.

Aah_HiepNewly renovated budget friendly little inn. Location is slightly away from town but shouldn’t be a problem if you have own transportation. Cleanliness is well taken care of and check in out of the inn is convenient.
GGuest UserThe young man at Checkin was wonderful. The plusses all stop there. Got into the room. First of all, I ordered and received confirmation that I was getting a Rollin Shower room.
Not! Did not receive the room I ordered. I cannot stand in regular tub/attached shower. How disappointed we were. Next. NO Air Conditioning. Power completely off on the room unit. Joshua kindly came in the room to try to fix/adjust it. No action. So next, he gives us another room. We were so excited our problems would be over. NOT! This room, I flushed the toilet..........NIAGRA FALLS!!!! Bathroom Fludded over with water in less than a minute. Could not stop it. My husband goes to front desk and gets a plunger and a mop. We slept in a room with totally wet floor as the mop had fibers no thicker than a child's jump rope. It was thin and old. We just endured a soaked room until we checked out in the morning about 6:30AM. Came to Charleston for Medical reasons. This room situation really made us SICK! I can only say the staff, and the breakfast are super kind. Whoever confirmed the room order from the very beginning DID NOT give us that room, and the rooms they gave us were totally devoid of being usable for any guests. Please have housekeeps check the basic facilities in rooms before allowing the front desk to rent them. Test the AC and Flush each toilet.
Thanks!
JjenwhiteMy husband and I just love this place. The room was so clean and smelled so good. The beds ate out of this world the sheets are so soft and smell so clean. The front desk staff are awesome and very friendly. The manager he is very nice himself. We will definitely come back again.. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful stay..
GGuest UserThe service was excellent, save for one Housekeeper. On our second day my companion asked a Housekeeper on our floor if we could get some extra large towels she said she would bring them to our room. We never received them, but when my companion went out to get ice the same housekeeper stopped her, and said I told you I would get you the towels. I am a little concerned with this behavior because we have never received it from any other chain. I understand that some people find mixed race couples offensive, however I was always taught to leave personal predigests at home when I go to work.
GGuest UserNot bad. Airport shuttle was on time. No porters available at this hotel. My husband had to push the trolley with all our suitcases himself. Terrible. Really poor not having the staff to assist. Would the hotel have allowed a single woman to push this trolley by herself? Standard room and toiletries. Large bathroom. Room was clean and the receptionist and restaurant staff were friendly. Do better with having a porter.
IILive4GODRoom was clean and a nice size but the bathroom was super small. Breakfast could be much better! The pool could be bigger and they need to clean the pool water. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub.
GGuest UserOur shower was dirty and broken but was fixed. Learned after staying there that housekeeping only come a few days a week ( not at all during the weekend) so we had o keep asking for clean towels and wash clothes. Parking is very slim. Wouldn’t stay there again.
AAnonymous UserA very good business hotel with complete equipment. There are sofas and tea tables in the room, which are also very clean. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs in the hotel. There is also a restaurant next to it. Basically, you can eat anything you want. The hotel is very Quiet
GGuest UserThe location was good, but it wasn't good room for a couple, the bathroom was open and there was no privacy, and I found a huge bug in my sleep and I had to catch it. It's a place where the airplane noise is very bad.
