I enjoyed the friendly staff and the food and also the cool things they give em and everything they are also so kind and nice the ice cream taste damaging and all the snacks and everything they have a whole variety to choose from from sweet and savory to amazing flavor snacks 10/10

BBigA1999This is a great hotel. Super clean, spacious and outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was just one great experience. And not only that, they are even going above and beyond any service I have experienced so far. We were there for the soccer tournament and by mistake the cleaning ladies took my sons jersey. But great service shows when somebody tries everything to help. Not only did they look for the jersey but they even mailed it to my home address. My son was so happy. Great job

GGuest UserThe stay in itself was good, only issue was Saturday morning when we went to breakfast we had an issue with the waffle battery. While someone was using one of the spouts we tried using the other and it would not come out. Once the other spout was no longer in use the one we were using fell off and splattered the waffle mix all over my clothes. After grabbing the attendant they removed the batter mix. It would have been great if there were a washer and dryer to have cleaned my clothes after the incident

FFIELDSLARRYHave to say I had a wonderful stay here at the extended stay America Norco hotel! Staff was funny and nice and it felt as if everyone was there to truly help. It was a nice room and I was able to get some pans to cook in my room which was a plus. Hotel was close to many places to eat but also felt quiet for being in Southern California. I had never been to Norco but it was a nice pleasant stay.
