Beautiful hotel, no one told me about anything this hotel has to offer PLUS you have to pay for breakfast. Room carpets made my feet extremely dirty. Rooms also outdated.
Stayed here for Parents Weekend at Rutgers. We flew in so proximity to train station was important. This hotel really is a 3.7 stars. Not quite a full 4. We stayed street side or city view. It is a bit noisy but we turned the fan on in room and seemed to quiet the noise. Bed was comfortable. We didn’t try the restaurants on site but walked to the many just a block away. Hotel was safe and staff very nice. It is just a bit worn. Everything was clean but just a bit worn. For a reasonable price I would stay here again
The hotel is in the middle of several roads, like a roundabout, with roads next to it, and the hotel is just down the highway, which is very convenient. The room that was just arranged has equipment on the roof, which is too noisy. I talked to the brother downstairs and immediately arranged a new room. The facilities in the room are relatively complete, including a microwave oven, refrigerator, and tableware, suitable for a few days of rest. The decoration is relatively new, there is no peculiar smell, and the room is relatively large. A stopover on the way!

Overall, this is a very nice and convenient place to stay. It's clean and comfortable, which is all we needed. We enjoyed being close to downtown for food options and if the weather was nicer we could have taken walks from the hotel. They charge for coffee in the lobby, and there are no additional amenities, so if you want a late-night snack or beverage, bring it with you. Personally, a check out at 10am is too early. We were approved for 10:30 by the night staff but unfortunately this was not communicated to the day staff. The clerk called our room but clearly didn't believe us and then continued to have an attitude when we checked out at exactly 10:30, stating we were late. We do recommend the place, and would stay again, but hope for better overall customer service next time. Of note, the check-in staff was excellent.
After staying for three days, there is a phamacy in front of the hotel. There are several big supermarkets not far away, so it is very convenient to buy water and things! Considered the best hotel nearby, it is consistent with the Huan Peng brand, early, in the lobby, check out time at 12 o'clock, but at 11 o'clock, the water will be cut off, this is very passive because the family wakes up late because of jet lag, they can’t wash their faces Check out after brushing your teeth
This place is better than expected. If you are ever around the area, this is the go to hotel with the cheapest price. Excellent room cleanliness and front desk staff. I couldn't have been happier with my stay from start to finish. The hotel is split into 2 so make sure to go to the Motel 6 side, not the Red Carpet side. Lots of food and entertainment options nearby, though I would avoid the Asian restaurant next door. I don't think it is part of the hotel.
The Red Carpet Inn New Brunswick is located 3 miles from New Brunswick Amtrak. It offers guest rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV with 3 HBO channels. The Red Carpet Inn New Brunswick is proud to offer seating areas along with hairdryers and coffee makers. Rooms with microwaves and refrigerators are available upon request. For guests convenience the hotel serves a continental breakfast. It also offers newspapers and free parking.
Breakfast is casual, Western breakfast, Chinese may not be used to eating. Parking is convenient and there is parking. No extra bed, the room has two beds, large enough for four people to sleep. The location is a bit biased, and there is no car.
Very speechless check-in experience. It was already after dinner at the hotel, and the place was easy to find. But the receptionist told us that the room was not reserved for us because Ctrip did not pay. Contacted Ctrip customer service, they quickly communicated for us, but they couldn't give us a room because it was full. After waiting for more than an hour, Ctrip can only say to help us see if other hotels in the town are still available. Our two female colleagues were on a business trip to the United States. We dragged two 29-inch suitcases and two boarding boxes from the west of the United States. We couldn’t check in immediately. After waiting in the lobby for an hour or two, we had to find another hotel😡😡😡! And we plan to stay for two nights. Later, I realized that we are super members of Marriott. After showing the membership card number, the little brother asked the manager for instructions and told us that there is still a room-type suite, but a set of dining table and chairs is missing! And you have to pay separately. Ctrip also agreed to go back and pay us the check-out fee. At this time, we can fall down as long as we have a bed, so we can only accept the check-in. The room was fine. But when the second of us was about to take a shower, the main station called and said sorry, we found our reservation record, because the order of the two people who made the reservation was reversed, and we couldn’t find it just now. We clearly showed the passports of two people ! Bad experience!
