Fast quick check in and check out, the service was friendly while being very professional. Great price, and location. Straight shot down on Sunrise Highway to merge on to Belt Parkway and get to JFK. The room was very cleanly and the whole hotel has a great 1950s retro ambience to it. Pool maintain though we didn’t go in. Looks fun. will stay here again as I have done so before and never had a bad experience. Staff is great. Highly recommend camp beat the Location vast array of restaurants and activities on Sunrise Highway. great staff great hotel. Great price!

Traveling to work needs to stay at this hotel, it is also the first time to stay at this hotel, value for money, the front desk staff is warm, the guest room is also good, clean and tidy, the hotel breakfast is good, next time!

The staff was ever so helpful. It was a last minute request and they jumped right in it. The room was clean and well organized. The lobby area was welcoming. I wasn't thrilled with breakfast but it had good staples. Coffee was the main thing for me. Anyway, id choose this location again and again. Thank you.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, the parking lot is big, the room is acceptable, but the mattress is too soft. After I woke up, my neck and waist were very painful, and I couldn't move too much. The mattress in this hotel is too soft for me to sleep. Arrived late night due to flight delay. Didn't had breakfast as I left early. Deposit was taken but still didn't get any info when it will be reversed. Just was told the room need to be checked first. However I just slept there for 4 hours

KKKellyThe wall is quite thin so that I could hear the people next to my room snoring and sometimes I woke up because of people laughing outside.
Though it was clean and kind. The bed was perfectly comfy, there is a light-blocking curtains.
Breakfast is quite simple bc of covid.. several kinds of bread, milk, orange/grapefruit juice and cereal.

GGuest UserI specifically reserved a king room with a walk in shower, which I always do due to a partial disability. I was told none were available upon arrival, and even though one front desk representative personally spoke to a manager, no offer of a change of rooms or any other suitable compensación was offered. This despite a posted sign outside of the elevators that satisfaction was guaranteed. The manager never even spoke to me directly.

To the beach… The crew is nice, but the building and rooms DO NEED maintenance and finishing. AC liking, walls and ceilings stained… We all know the sea wind demands constant maintenance, but I didn’t see it at the hotel…

GGuest UserThe room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.
