The location of the hotel is superb, just next to the MAX light rail station. After the airport is out, you can take the MAX directly (but please note that the Convention Center station is closed at the end of May, 2019.2.20, and you may have to get off at the previous stop). It is also very convenient to the city. The stadium of the NBA game is nearby (the distance of one stop). If you want to eat, you can choose from the distance you can walk. If you want to shop nearby, you can visit the Lloyd Center Mall (about ten minutes walk). The room allocated was quite large. There was a coffee machine, a microwave oven, and a small bar in the room. The only thing was a bit noisy for the light rail station, but it didn't affect me without sleep disorders.

GGuest UserWe needed to stay close to PDX for a very early flight and this hotel was perfect. Great value, seemed new, shuttle to the airport (sign up in advance), great bed and friendly staff. Room and bath were extremely clean and very spacious. Walking distance to Target, a few restaurants, the rail stop. Many Covid restrictions still in place, the pool was closed. Overall great visit.

GGuest UserWe fly in from Hawaii, our flight delayed 3 hours, so we arrived at the hotel at 4am, the girl at the counter was walking towards outside and saw us entering the hotel with luggages without saying a word, we thought she was stepped out just a bit, and waited in the lobby, but she disappeared! There was another man in the lobby he tried to help us find her however no luck.
We were so very tired and waited in the lobby for half an hour, she finally came in and gave us the key of the room, it only took like 2 minutes.
If it were that simple, why not just handed the key to us upon our arrival, we tried to make phone calls, but the phone rang right in front of us in the counter with nobody inside, it's very very very frustrated.

EEJ290One of the better hotels I've stayed in during Covid. You'd be surprised how many places don't even bother to put things like sanitizing wipes next to the phones in the rooms. But Aloft Cascade Station definitely puts your mind at ease - clean room, signage and hand sanitizing stations aplenty. A great no frills airport hotel. I will say the best part about the stay was Harrison at the front desk. He was so cheerful and welcoming. I had the simplest problem and he went above and beyond to help - anticipating things I wasn't even thinking of. Overall a great in & out stay.

AAdam ValentinerI would describe this as a hipster hotel with unique character to match the downtown area. My teenage kids did like the room and the adjacent coffee shop. However, I felt the room was a little small, especially the bathroom and the room could use some updating like more amenities like towel racks and storage for suitcases. Our room was not close to being recently remodeled so pictures can be a little deceiving. Bed was comfortable but I could hear people walking around above our room at night. I also struggled with parking found it very stressful trying to find parking, plan to spend around $40 a day on parking a day if you are driving around a lot. The overnight parking which is approx 10-15 minutes away walking distance is not on site and is only $20 a night, but it does not feel safe after 10pm to be walking around due to the homeless problem in the area. I don't think I will be returning to this hotel. I def don't feel like this was a 3 star hotel, I would give it a 2.5 out of 4 or 5 stars. The breakfast was a continental at best. Pastries with juice or coffee and fruit. Sometimes they provided yogurt or boxed oatmeal and oat milk but nothing special and get there before 9 am or there may run out of items. Portland has a lot of fun things to see but because of the homeless problem I would seek out recommendations for the best attractions and stir clear of the problem areas. Washington park and art museum were a lot of fun to visit. Multnomah Falls would be an all day trip and get there very early since parking is terrible or park off site and take tram in. I was also charged an additional fee of $25 a night which was not mentioned anywhere on the trip.com booking receipt.

GGuest UserSo you won't be surprised like us the parking is 10.00. On checkin the guy couldn't have had a good day he was none too pleasant. No explanation of services, couldn't accommodate pur low floor request, no breakfast included, and on and on. Rooms are dated and carpets stained like blood. There are SO many other options please look for those in Portlans.

ZzhinanStayed twice, checked in the other day, and later turned out to be the same room, mainly because of the relative cheapness and free parking.
But it is located in the northern suburbs and there are few places to eat around.

CCHUNLINThe hotel service staff is very warm and patient, the hotel is very close to the airport and very convenient, and breakfast is provided. The free shuttle bus to the airport is very intimate. Will recommend to friends and family.

GGuest UserAside from Ms. Jessica and other desk staff being lovely the assistant manager is awful. The manager doesn’t care. We found blood sprayed all over the bathroom mirror the first day. Nothing. Fleas biting us. Nothing. My daughter and I got rashes from how dirty the room and linens were. We’ve been here three weeks and have NEVER had the room cleaned. We make our own beds and mop our own floors. Usually after we wait for hours bc sheets are never clean. The assistant manager is rude as hell if you ever dare say anything. Now a busted water pipe is happening which I get is out of anyone control but letting the workers start at 7 in the morning knowing damn well folks work around here too, is BS. They told as soon as a room opened up, weeks ago, we could move. This place is hell and WAY OVER PRICED. Which they like to spring on you. Don’t waste your money. The one down the street is much nicer.

NNakia0575I am writing this review on this hotel for the first time since me and my fiance have been here which is over 2 1/2 months and this is the first complaint that I have. I booked our room in my name on another site and the price was $512.49 and they charged him $729.57 and then she called and said that she just wanted to hold his card and when he took it up there she charged his card again for out $590.95 so then I took his phone up there to show her and she said she took a picture of the 729.57 but not the other one so now I need to go back up there to show here that I booked the room online and that I'm not a walk in. If she doesn't do anything then hopefully I can get the managers phone number so talk to the person who comes in and takes over. I'll write a another one and give everyone a update. The room has been nice but there is burns in the comforter and someone honks there horn outside our window early in the morning and then disarms there alarm for like 15min at about 2 to 4 am in the morning which wakes us up. I love the shower. Since Covid 19 the pool isn't open and they don't serve breakfast anymore. The wifi is great. I haven't had any problem with people breaking into my truck or my fiancé vehicle. OK I gotta go but I will keep you posted.

QQIOlder-style hotel, the road traffic conditions are good, and the waiters are also enthusiastic. The main reason is that Ctrip's employees did a good job. Because I communicated with them in the early stage and reflected my emergency situation, they all contacted the hotel and resolved it immediately, so I sincerely appreciate Ctrip's efficiency and attitude! It is because of them that I am willing to place an order on Ctrip.
