Find the Cheap Mooresville Hotels

Everything about our stay was top notch. We were one of five wedding parties they were hosting over the weekend so the hotel was packed and each and every hotel associate could not have been any nicer. Our room was spacious and spotless. I travel often and do many TripAdvisor reviews and this hotel ranks near the top in personal satisfaction. We were in town for the weekend but I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

After a long day of traveling we stopped at a rest area and found a booklet with this hotel for $64.99. So, we continued down the road and stopped here for the night. The room was a king bed and very quiet and very clean. Even though the hotel was not full we were put in the farthest back corner (probably due to the coupon) but it was okay. The only issue was that where you parked in front of the room was a mulched incline with no sidewalk. Interesting......Probably should consider spending a few bucks to make it more easily walking but we were only here for the night so we don not care not much. If we ever return here we would insist on a room with proper sidewalk entry but live and learn.

While the housekeeping staff did a good job keeping the room and hotel clean, my overall experience was bad. No employees wearing masks or plastic protection panels at the front desk. The location is noisy, right next to the interstate. At about 2 am, I was awakened by three loud people talking, smoking, drinking beer and laughing outside my second floor window, near the front entrance. I could see them clearly from my window, just several feet away. They went inside after about 20 minutes. Then again, at 3 am, they were back. After another 15 minutes I called the front desk. No answer. Called three times with no answer. Called a fourth time when the people finally went inside. The clerk admitted she was out with the party people and couldn't answer the phone. Got little sleep. At 7 am checkout I recognized the clerk as the woman that was outside and on the phone. I asked for a refund. She refused saying her manager could only do that. Just then the manager walked in. The clerk talked to her manager, lied, saying she couldn't get the people to be quiet. The manager first refused to issue a refund, but then quickly gave me a refund after I stated that I saw the clerk outside partying with the people and confirming to me on the phone that she was outside. The manager was embarrassed and apologetic and very professional. That night clerk should be let go as I pointed out to the manager that I could have been calling with some kind of emergency. All that being said, I will not be staying at this hotel again on my frequent trips through the area for business.

Clean and freshly remodeled facilities are refreshing. Proximity to i77 can’t be beat, as well as proximity to shopping and places to eat. Great location central to everything, some even walkable. New TVs enabled me to keep up with shows on streaming platforms and mirror my screen.
