The last hotel booked before returning home. The front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese, there is a microwave in the lobby, and some rooms have it. The castle Ole is very close, there is a Chinese breakfast, a Chinese community. The room is quite big and the price is good. There is a convenience store next to it, which is very convenient. There is a bestbuy one hundred meters away and it’s not cheap, but the appliances look really good, and I have an urge to go home. Castle Ole is nearby, but I went to Desert Ole. It’s too far. I advise everyone not to go too far to Ole. Time is also money.

Apparently it's a fairly new hotel. Lobby is very comfortable and luxurious. I like the essential oil mist that they release in the lobby.. Very welcoming and refreshing smell. I like that,they have the elevator security for tapping key.
Very disappointed with the bedding as, I found multiple stains... On my pillow and on the bed sheet & cover... Stains on bedding is not acceptable.
The flooring also had stains.
Sliding bathroom door. It was heavy.
Otherwise it is a spacious room & comfortable.

It was a nice stay at the hotel! It’s nice and clean. Staff are very helpful. It’s a bit far from the city, but there are supermarkets, malls and restaurants nearby

Place is clean, and nice. Breakfast is good with standard menu. Coffee and tea serve to the guest all day long. Room is provided with microwave.
We experienced the power breakdown on 12-Mar-2023 in the morning around 10 am, and the power is out until 11 pm, and staff are not prepared to handle this kind of situation, no hot water, not sufficient lighting in the stairway. Management should do better like giving voucher or discount or some kind of gift to the guest for the inconvenience caused. Anyway I have a good stay and hope the hotel can do better in the future.

The hotel is very old and has seen better days. The location of the hotel is ok. There is a 99 supermarket opposite, and there are many Chinese-owned restaurants next to it. Things in supermarkets are very cheap, much cheaper than in China. Parking costs $10 per night, which is not expensive. The hotel is in the Chinese district, and it is said that there are many Chinese people. The room hygiene is okay. The front desk service is very good, but the English is so poor that the front desk cannot communicate.
