Parking is free, then we are a suite, and finally upgraded into two suites, and it is very luxurious, the downstairs pool is also beautiful, but a little floating, but the breakfast is great, the fruit is rich, there are many things. The feeling of living is very good, value for money, but did not take photos, but the price is very high.

Hotel is expensive for what it is but it appears this is the case for all hotels in Key West. Room was clean and functional and beds comfortable so what more do you need?! Breakfast was served outside at a bar area next to the pool. I’m not sure what happens if it rains? Breakfast was simple (bagels, boiled eggs, toast, coffee) and a bit chaotic if you hit it at a busy time. The pool area is small with a limited number of loungers. We didn’t have a problem getting loungers but I can imagine this could be a problem if all guests wanted one. The nearest beach is about a 20 minute walk away. The hotel has very limited parking but there appears to be plenty of free spaces in nearby streets - we certainly had no problem finding a place to park for no charge. Front desk staff were very helpful and I couldn’t fault them. All in all, an ok hotel and if you don’t want to spend too much on accommodation in Key West it is worth considering.

Charming guesthouse. Our room was little but cozy and beautiful, with everything we needed. Every detail blends perfectly. The outdoor area is comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was lovely and the owner was simply amazing. We rented the bicycle to better enjoy the surroundings, and it was great. I will definitely recommend this accommodation, and I look forward to stay here again on my next trip to Key West.

This is a very cute mini inn. On white road, not far from Hemingway's former residence, lighthouse, Western Reef Cemetery, Duval Street.
The room was lovely and there was a mini pool (similar to a jacuzzi)
The artist room faces the street, and there are motorcycles blowing the street at night, and there is unavoidable noise.
The ”Hemingway House” should be better.
Breakfast is very simple, all bought now. Don't expect too much. (Last picture)
Parking is free, very good.
Overall very satisfied.

It’s too far out from the main area although there’s a shuttle into town. All our clothes smelt damp after just 4 days of being there. The room felt very damp the bed especially. Pool is ok but I’m sure you’d struggle to get a sun bed in high season. The beach is nice across the street but the sunbeds are rentable from a company $$$

The staff was absolutely friendly and attentiv. Our room was nice and provided everything we needed. Fridge, coffeemachine, hairdryer…. Nothing more to say but ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC 🥰

This was our first time bring our kids, (12&16) they enjoyed it as well. Staff is very accommodating and the guests are like family. It seems like everyone staying there knows one another. That type of repeat business says it all.

GGuest UserWe booked a week at Skipjack Resort with high hopes because of the reasonable cost and its proximity to Key West ... and we weren't disappointed. Quick disclaimer: If you're looking for a resort with a great view of the ocean, go someplace else. If you're on the third floor, you can probably get a glimpse of it from your patio. The marina on the other side, however, is quite picturesque, especially at sunset. Everything else, however, was top-notch. The front-desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beach chairs and umbrella we checked out several times were free, the pool was clean and the tiki bar was well-stocked (with live music on the weekends). Our two-room suite appeared to have been recently renovated. It was clean, had two TVs, a microwave and a fridge, along with a very comfortable king bed. There are plenty of great resaturants and several grocery stores in the vicitinty on Marathon and with Key West just an hour's drive away, we were able to get there and back twice during our week. One other tip: If you're going to the beach, skip nearby Sombrero Beach. It was very small and there was way too much sea**** in the water and washed up on the shore. I recommend driving over the Seven Mile Bridge to the Bahia Honda State Park. It will cost you a fee to get in, but the beach is much better ... and there's a concession stand and bathrooms there as well. All-in-all, it was a very enjoyable week. I recommend Skipjack Resort enthusiastically!

GGuest UserWe were a bit worried upon arriving to the hotel because it looked more like a motel, but it turned out that there are also 2-stories houses of 8 rooms each (4 on each floor, facing both ways) and that’s where our room was. Well I don’t know about the motel-like rooms, but the ones in the little houses (and ours) were charming, very cosy, clean, comfortable and in good condition. Each room has a shared balcony with the room next door. Ours was on the first floor so that we had nothing but the clear blue sky above our heads while eating the grab-and-go breakfast (porridge, yoghurt, orange, apple juice and mini blueberry muffin): simple, nice and nourishing. Small flaws: 1) the mattresses were a little too soft. Not sure if that was intentional or if they were a bit tired; 2) the front door was a bit stuck, we had to push it hard to open it; 3) the hotel is located near an airport where helicopters routinely take of or land late at night or early in the morning. Can be quite noisy. A very enjoyable stay all-in-all. I recommend. Right next to it is the Brutus seafood restaurant that I also warmly recommend for its excellent food and nice staff (and cosy atmosphere), all for a reasonable price.

GGuest UserI've been staying at Ocean Pointe since the early 90's and have always enjoyed my stay. I suggest opting for the 2 bedroom model for the master bedroom view of the ocean. The one bedroom units have the bedroom next to the entry door and exterior walkway - the extra money will be rewarded with the view from your bedroom. The resort is convenient to some of the best restaurants in the Upper and Middle Keys as well as Robbie's Mariana and other tourist stops. Even when our destination was Key West we first stop for the night at Ocean Pointe so as to start fresh in the morning to continue our drive south at a relaxed pace. This trip was strictly for relaxation at the resort and it fit the bill perfectly.

(we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away.
The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool.
When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter.
The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks.
Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.

GGuest UserI booked two rooms for our friends both rooms were clean and the location was nice but our room the tv did not work well we called three times over two days yet got no responce.the most disapointing part was the resort facilities were not open the pool bar we never saw open and the bar at the waters edge was only open twice we called and was told the bartender couldn’t make it. We found TJs down the road and spent some evenings at that resort. The breakfast was not enjoyed by anyone in our party. I cannot recommend this resort.

SSUNINGSuper awesome hotel, in the north of Key West Island, about ten minutes' drive from the main port area and attractions area of Malloey Square. The hotel has a free shuttle bus. The room is just going out to enjoy the beach, the white sand and fine waves hammock, it is wonderful, and there are a group of long-billed birds taking a leisurely stroll, and immediately decided to stay for another day. There is no problem for one bed for one adult and one baby. The breakfast is relatively simple but not bad. The restaurant has a good environment. The lobster set for lunch is dazzling, enough for four adults for $198. The hotel has a swimming pool with parrots and sea turtles. Parking in front of the room is convenient. Across the road from the hotel is a big supermarket and fast food restaurant, pizza hut, and discount clothing store Ross is super convenient for shopping. And when we arrived at the hotel, we directly asked for the price of a twin room at $300 per night. We checked Ctrip on the spot and ordered it online immediately. awesome!
