The hotel changed names and didn't update, so I had a challenge finding the place. Glad I had the address to confirm my location. Once I arrived, check-in was smooth and with a smile and good humor. I was there less than 12 hours, just between flights. Just needed a nap and shower. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. Looked like the small toiletries (shampoo, conditioner) were left from the last people there. The toilet was gurgling all night, though thankfully did not have any issues when flushed. Check-out was also easy and painless, and the receptionist also had a smile to share.
Just a short shuttle ride from the airport. The desk clerk was wonderful and very helpful. The room was large with a comfortable bed and cleaner than most places. The hotel had plenty of security and was quiet. If you are going to the airport then this is an excellent choice.
Great location near the Airport. They offer a free courtesy bus to and from the Airport. Downside we had to wait nearly 1 hour for the bus from airport to hotel seeing many other buses from hotels pass by 2 or 3 times before ours turned up.

The hotel is very close to the airport but the rooms are no noise. Room facilities are very new, there is a golf course outside the window and the view is very good. Breakfast was simple, but it was full and it was hot and hard to come by. The hotel staff were friendly. The airport shuttle is convenient. All in all the price / performance ratio is very good.
The hotel is very close to the airport, with good facilities and environment. They are all in the suite mode. The whole building adopts a hollow mode, surrounded by rooms. The room is the living room when entering the room, and the bedroom is inside, so that even if the bar downstairs is noisy outside, the room is still quiet . It’s just that breakfast is too late on weekends, it starts at 7:30, and I’m catching a 9:30 plane, so I can’t eat it. Catch the free airport bus at 7:30, just in time for the plane, if you eat, you will miss the flight! A little disappointed
The facilities in the room are all complete, but a bit old.
The hotel is in an ok area but more importantly it’s super close to the airport. We only stayed because we drove to far away but it served its purpose and there is a shuttle to the airport.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit further from the airport than I expected. Reception, lounge and breakfast area are located on 4th floor. Rooms are on upper floors. My room was large, clean and the bathroom looked newly renovated and very nice. Water pressure was good. TV cable worked. Landline did not work. Wake up call by means of knocking on the door was not done despite being requested. Breakfast was buffet style though limited (beef patties, omelette patties, DIY waffles, cereals, yogurt, tea/coffee). For an evening meal, if you don't want to walk to some eateries, as the area is not quite safe, there are a few delivery options... Flyer menus are at the reception and in your room. I did not order, so don't know the quality of food. Free shuttle was on time. The hotel was good for an overnight stay.

GGuest UserClose to Miami International airport, without taking the car there are several fast foods (McDonalds open 24 hours!) and also a small supermarket in the service station 5 minutes from the hotel.
If you don't have too many expectations, maybe just for one night, it's fine. ATTENTION BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED you have to pay $12 to get it. Breakfast is a sweet and savory buffet with coffee and cappuccino from the machine, I would say overall excellent. If you want something more there is an IHOP restaurant a 10 minute walk away.
GGuest UserHotel reception staff very good especially the young Chilean lady.
Rooms are a little dated but shower was great and bed was comfy.
Plenty of car parking space and also offer a free shuttle to the airport
GGuest UserWe waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to the airport. They dropped us off at the wrong location, and then realized that we should go to a different Comfort Inn 2 blocks away. When we arrived, there were a few people outside the entrance smoking pot - I don't know if they were employees or guests. The room was fairly clean, but the property overall needed lots of maintenance and cleaning (halls, elevator, eating areas). The free breakfast was OK, but they ran out 30 minutes early. The property offered a shuttle to the cruise port, but did not have room on it for us. The counter person said Comfort Inn would reimburse us for an Uber to the cruise port and gave us an email address to forward the Uber receipt. They have not reimbursed us. All in all, the property was just OK.
GGuest UserThe hotel has been transferred to the garden inn, because it has just taken over, all aspects look quite new, very clean, the facilities in the room are not fully completed for the time being, it is understandable that it has just taken over.
The staff was very welcoming and polite.
GGuest UserLet’s start by saying, we evacuated here from Fort Myers during Hurricane Ian and chose to go back to a home with no power or water rather than stay in that hotel a second longer. I’ve stayed in some horrible hotels but this one wins the prize for the worst! I so wish I’d taken pictures because the room we were in was the antithesis of the ones posted on here! Firstly, it stank. It was truly disgusting. The room was beyond dated and wasn’t the cleanest either. In fact on the day we decided to leave my husband found cockroaches in our room. The beds were tiny and uncomfortable, the a/c unit was obnoxiously loud! To add insult to injury, we chose the hotel because La Quinta are pet friendly and we had our 2 dogs with us. They charged more than the corporate La Quinta policy calls for; claiming they are independent and can make their own decision dependent on breed / size of dog. They didn’t even see ours because they had us enter the hotel through the back. The staff that we encountered were reasonably friendly but not much use. There is nowhere to eat an evening meal, the places that deliver were all pizza, over priced and poor quality. We didn’t want to leave and try to negotiate Miami traffic! Other La Quintas we visited have been ok, I just don’t know what happened here. On a positive note, they did refund us for the nights we didn’t stay. And I can say, no air con, no water and the sound of generators buzzing all night was better than that awful place! There’s a Hyatt close by. Go there instead! If you’re wondering why we stayed - well - there was little choice given that most of SW Florida has come over to Miami to escape Ian! Never again! Please - if you’re looking to stay somewhere pre flight - go somewhere else. You’re not getting any sleep here!

GGuest User I was traveling to Cartagena Columbia. I stayed at the Day’s Inn by the airport. After a long day of driving it was so refreshing to be greeted with a warm smile and friendly attitude of Mrs Diaz. It was as if I had came to a family member’s home. I felt , welcome. The grounds were very clean, the lobby was was full of relaxing atmosphere. Mrs Diaz’s friendly manner was so charming. I felt as if I had came to my sisters home. Her staff was very professional and helpful. Mrs Diaz’s and her staff saw to my every need. I left my car at the hotel and was shuttled to the airport. The shuttle bus was clean, and comfortable. I was dropped off close to my departing gate. With plenty of time to get checked in and pass security. On my return the shuttle was there to take me back to the hotel and Mrs Diaz and her staff welcomed me back. My whole experience was awesome thanks to Mrs Diaz and her staff! Most definitely I will be staying at Days Inn by Wyndham 4767 NW 36th street on my next trip to Miami.
