Good value. No shampoo in the shampoo dispenser. Shower head leaked onto the bathroom floor. One power socket at the desk didn't work but there were plenty others. Refrigerator in the room was nice and cold, the place is quiet, it's near lots of services like food and gas. The in-room AC was excellent. I've stayed here many time over the past few years. I put up with minor issues and pay less for anywhere else around here. Big parking lot. I like it for the value. '

Carpeted rooms were VERY damp, and the smell did not clear. TV was ancient, picture looked out of proportion and legitimately like it was from the 70s. No way to fix it. Internet did not work unless you had a room nearest to the lobby. HOWEVER, staff was very helpful and attended to any issues right away. Breakfast was surprisingly varied, with lots of different hot and cold items.

We traveled to Bristow for a concert at Jiffy Lube Live. This hotel was the closest and most convenient. There were quite a few other people there for the concert, so the comradery was on point! Concert was great, and our stay here was, too. The hotel is very visually appealing and up to date. Check in was super easy. Staff was very professional and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Beds were firm, pillows fresh. Love the room darkening feature. Hand wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all available in room. Hair dryer, too. The shower pressure was good. They have ample parking, and you can access the interior thru many different doors (using key of course.) The hotel is super convenient to the concert venue, and I could definitely see this as 'the hotel' for that destination. (We drove 200 miles this time!) We will keep an eye for other events and be back! Thank you Tru!

I'm worried about mani before I catch a hotel.
There was an elevator, the floor was carpeted.
Breakfast was good and I rested well

Nice hotel I have used in the past. Property is on a very busy street (hard to make a left turn out of) but room was quiet. Bar in the lobby has happy hour prices on beer and wine. Good hot breakfast. At first, A/C unit would not power on but helpful and prompt maintenance man explained the circuit breaker switch on the plug itself just needed to be pressed and then it worked fine. Front desk staff very welcoming. I had a deal on a King bed mobility accessible room with a great roll-in shower. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the mattress seemed very old and saggy, not much support.

It was a great place to spend the night at. They allow my service dog to stay with me. Not only that we had checked in after 12:00am and the gentleman that helped us with the room was very friendly and helpful.
