Overpriced! Not worth the money for what we encouraged. Encountered the rudest front desk clerk (pretty sure blond haired manager). For a Hilton, Laramie’s hotel has less than stellar amenities. Needs updated, stained carpet, toddler trying to clean it up for them, ancient sticky telephones, sheets did not fit the bed, paid for a King-theres no way it was a King bed. Not to mention mattress was saggy. Could have looked over most of it, but breakfast was less than stellar for what you PAY for-not complimentary. Not to mention they charge you for bottled water. We stay at hotels over 40 nights a year, stayed at a Hampton in Oklahoma literally 4 days ago and will check in to another Hilton for another 5 day stay tonight. When available we make use of the Choice Hotel & Hilton reward benefits by staying loyal to the brand. Today was the rudest manager Ive encountered. Hopefully she is just having a bad day. Wanted to be sure and notify us she would be charging us a late checkout for checking out at 1:00 pm on the dot. Mind you we requested a late checkout after checking in at 1:00 am! $300/night. I understand the busy season and needing to turn over rooms, but after talking to housekeeping they were in no means waiting us! Not to mention 1:00 PM is standard for late checkout for members! Stay in Laramie 2x a year, first time at the Hilton-will be staying back at the Hampton or Comfort Inn!
Laramie Fort is a very beautiful town, the hotel is on the edge of the main road, surrounded by some fast food restaurants. The waiter was very friendly, the room was large, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom sink was large, and the hot water was good. Especially breakfast, not buffet but ordering, made separately, very high-end. A breakfast card is given to each person for a value of $10, and the excess is paid separately. There are also pools and hot spring pools, and the facilities are very new. In short, a very cost-effective experience. Give praise!

9/16 stay over: Natural landscaping greets you , that means a **** landscape with tall weeds at lobby entrance While the lobby is kept, we got a room on the back side. Believe me, I thought I was imbedded in the Ukraine war as cars were abandoned, industrial flotsam and jetsam AND THE **** landscape was daunting to get through the back door. Back door? the filled trashed can only date back with an Egyptian artifact . Get my point. The room was a semi sanctuary, But we didn't leave, we escaped and thanks for our Clorax wipes! Good for stay It was the best room, the best services and the best breakfast (scramble egg, sausage, toast and muffins) during our road trip after three weeks on the road of Wyoming. Everything is clean and the staff are very nice. You can do your laundry and it's very clean.
We stayed several nights at this location (12/28/2024 - 1/1/2025). There are two Holiday Inns in Laramie but this is the one close to the I 80 on McCue. It is a newer facility. Rooms are comfortable, very clean, breakfast options were fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We highly recommend this place. If you have a student going to Wyotech. This location was extremely convenient for us as we went back and forth to the campus. This was a good value for what we paid as the accommodations were excellent!
Very helpful staff, great location, and very accommodating. Very pleased with our experience. The guy that checked us in was so very helpful. And it really is the staff that makes a hotel stand out and this guy really did.

GGuest UserMy wife had a medical emergency while we were there. The entire staff and especially the general manger spared no effort in helping us. An ambulance was secured. I had been dropped off at a meeting on the campus of UW. The manager picked me up from my meeting and took be to the hospital. Later he provided a ride back to the hospital. He paid special attention to our every need and even brought a very nice bouquet of flowers to our room after we returned from the hospital. The entire staff provided excellent service. I will definitely stay here whenever in Laramie.
