My husband and I stayed here for a week in January, and it was a wonderful stay. Everything was cleaned well. We had to work remotely, and the WiFi worked well. We had no internet issues. All of staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was typical of the brand, and it was good. There are many places to walk to in the area. One note: park in the front to check in and move to the parking lot to unload and go to your room. The hotel set-up is a little weird in which you have to go through doors that require key card access from the parking lot so you can’t get to the front desk from the parking lot without a key card. It’s a safety thing, but we saw many people confused.

For a relatively new hotel chain, the Western-style buffet breakfast does not have many categories, but is basically nutritious. The room is clean and the environment is quiet. The bath water is a bit small. The air conditioners in North American hotel chains are installed under the windows and are noisy at night, which affects sleep.

We have been to this hotel many times before- but this is the first since the pandemic. We were very impressed with their cleaning procedures and preparations. Even before our arrival, the front desk sent us emails to acknowledge our reservations. Brandon (been there 7 years) checked us in with great professionalism and friendliness. He took care of everything and made sure we wrote down what we wanted for the 2 days we were staying for breakfast. They have a list of available items for breakfast and you mark what you want. At the marked time, they would have the items bagged up and you can bring up to your room to eat. They will also make you coffee with cloves on!! Rooms are spacious as always. Rooms are clean, but you will not get room serviced- you can request new towels and other items as needed. All employees had masks on all the time, and customers are required to wear masks in public areas. I can highly recommend this hotel and their staff!!

My room was comfortable and clean although the overall look of the hotel could be updated. I was most pleased with the friendliness of this hotel. The young man at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. I had several small requests which he immediately accommodated. This personal attention was worth the stay. Thank you, Alex, in caring for this tired traveler.

Nice spacious room. Great hot breakfast. Was a little disappointed because we couldn’t checjj out pass noon since we aren’t their royal Bonvoy members. Overall it was good!!
