Check in was quick and easy. The room appeared clean. The bathtub was speckled with dark rusty spots. Bedding appeared white until the linens were pulled down and they were soiled. Popcorn in between the mattresses. Debris in dresser drawers, corners, behind the toilet. We were only given one set of towels. Had to ask for more towels (the reservation was for two adults), and they bought us one more towel. (No additional wash cloths or hand towels,) and weren't exceedingly friendly about it.. they have been remodeling for awhile now, but it doesn't take a lot of $ to clean and even less for adequate quality control attempts.

Long story on finding this place, it's a bit off of I88, but we liked it so much on trip going to Denver, we reserved it for our trip back from Denver. Clean, bed was comfortable, and there's an IHOP very near! Hadn't had IHOP in decades and it was really good. We'd learned to request rooms away from pets and they were very accomodating.

The most outstanding part about this hotel is the employees. From beginning to end they were patient and simply delightful. Not an easy task when it was graduation weekend and there were a lot of people and a lot of demands. Truly, I cannot say enough about the service.

Also, make sure you ask where you want your room with the available selection otherwise they put you next to elevators. The rooms are not the best when it comes to sound. But overall, not that for one night.

GGuest UserCurrently in the middle of my weekend stay at the hotel. Booked here because of close proximity to Doris Bair Ballfields and price. Hotel is nice and clean. Room are just your basic rooms- clean, microwave, mini-fridge, comfy beds, good wi-fi, nice rooms! What really sets this hotel apart from others is the front desk associate Beth! What a gem! We were warmly greeted upon arrival, made too feel welcome, she made sure we were taken care of and even remembered/asked upon arrival back to the hotel after a game how it was and if we won. Give this woman a raise! Thanks Beth!

VVoyage451781339634:00 check in time is unacceptable. It is not rocket surgery – service vacated rooms first, allow guests in when they arrive. This does not cost the motel anything extra, it is just better management. There were no USB charging stations. The rooms at Comfort Suites East were properly designed with a solid bathroom door that locks. We have been thoroughly disappointed by the recent trend to translucent, unlockable sliding bathroom doors. Our double queen room was large and fully equipped: big TV with lots of channels; fast enough WiFi with no password; desk with office chair; microwave; a couple of large drawers; sofa; upholstered chair; closet with door and wooden hangers; luggage rack; padded footstools/coffee tables; controllable HVAC unit under the window; night stand between the queen beds; fairly effective black out curtains, plenty of lights; iron and ironing board; enough counter space in the bathroom; hair dryer; coffee maker; ample hot water in the shower. Room did not meet my definition of a suite, but there is a partial room divider between the beds and sitting area. We suffered repetitive problems with magnetic ***** key cards in a couple of rooms, might take ten tries to properly scan, sometimes we would get the green light, but the door handle wouldn't “catch”. Our bed was short sheeted, I hate to have to remake a motel bed. Included breakfast was standard Comfort Suites fare: three kinds of dry cereal; DIY waffles; bagels; scrambled eggs; sausage; yogurt, and more, I found it satisfying.

GGuest UserThis motel is the half-way point between Colorado and Denver for us, and right off the highway...within my (frugal) budget. Older reviews gave me pause, but noticing the newer ones, I booked for our trip out, and back. I'm sitting in the breakfast room, writing my very first ever review for a hotel. Despite being near an airport, we didn't hear a thing. Thinking about it, a smaller airport, it likely didn't have many if any middle of the night flights. We also had a room on the South (front) side away from the airport. Also, the AC unit set on fan in our room was great white noise. The room was very clean, bed comfortable (although on the harder side for those who like soft) and the manager I met in the morning, Neil, was a really friendly guy, who was really accommodating when I wanted to hang out on my laptop a little later in the breakfast room to let my husband sleep. The manager on duty last night even suggested we might want a room on the side where our car was parked with a motorcycle trailer under bright lights (in front, not the airport side). Very thoughtful! I'm looking forward to our return trip on the way back.

GGuest UserGiven the fact that this room was $75, I wasn’t expecting much. I was however expecting the room to be clean. The floors were disgusting, and looked like they hadn’t been touched/cleaned in months. If you had white socks on at the beginning of your visit, you’ll end with black and brown ones. The shower had multiple different settings-which would be nice if any one of them worked. Mattress was also disgusting, and didn’t have a cover on it. I was only staying for one night, and just needed a place to sleep and shower, and both did happen, so I can’t complain much. Quite literally the bare minimum.

TTraciLeaCheck in was quick and easy. The room appeared clean. The bathtub was speckled with dark rusty spots. Bedding appeared white until the linens were pulled down and they were soiled. Popcorn in between the mattresses. Debris in dresser drawers, corners, behind the toilet. We were only given one set of towels. Had to ask for more towels (the reservation was for two adults), and they bought us one more towel. (No additional wash cloths or hand towels,) and weren't exceedingly friendly about it.. they have been remodeling for awhile now, but it doesn't take a lot of $ to clean and even less for adequate quality control attempts.
