Young Gentleman that checked us in was very kind and respectful and got us in our room in less than 5 minutes. Room was very spacious and balcony was a plus. We enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was not heated is my only complaint. Other wise 5 stars.

Nice room; loved the beautiful tile floor. No carpet. I have allergies so that was wonderful. The only thing I would improve was the full sized bed. Too small for two people. And no breakfast included. But the facility was well taken care of.👍👍 I would definitely stay here again. Plus you get a beautiful view of the lake!!

Because I had to fly to Sanford in the morning to live here, the first thing I did n’t think was sanitary, there were small bugs in the bathroom, and the second thing, I felt that the shuttle bus to the airport was not reliable. After ten o’clock, let ’s ourselves We took a taxi back and rushed to catch the plane in the morning. We were the last boarder of the whole plane and we almost missed the plane. Not recommended.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, clean, well maintained. Rooms are very spacious. Water pressure in the bathroom wasn't the greatest, but the water was good and hot. Breakfast was good, and it was nice to not have to go out to eat early in the morning. Their coffee was really good. I have a daughter who lives in Sanford and this hotel is the perfect location for me to stay and not be too far from her when I visit. I will definitely choose this hotel again. Check-in and checkout was a breeze.

GGuest UserUpon arrival time the service clerk was very nice and accommodating. I really appreciate that they allow me to check in a bit earlier due to my early arrival. I was really pleased to hear that the laundry was free of charge. I stayed an additional day to spend time with my grandkids.
