We picked this hotel due to the proximity to Knotts berry farm and other locations. We’re also a large family that needs a two bedroom unit with a kitchen. I agree with other reviews that there is not much nearby. Our days were full of activities. This was a perfect place to come back to at night to rest for the next day. The room was spacious and clean. No issues with ants or bugs like other reviewers have mentioned. This would not be a good place to stay without transportation. There are a few if any real amenities to speak of at the hotel. It’s not a resort. More like an apartment complex where units are rented out by Marriott. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is not great but adequate. I would stay here again.

The room is clean and spacious. It can spread out 3-4 suitcases. There is a swimming pool and a gym that you can use. The neighborhood is very quiet and the sound insulation is good.

The hotel is an older facility but the owner obviously has pride in his business. Clean, well maintained. The service was courteous & efficient. Had a minor problem with TV & it was fixed in minutes. Room was simple but comfortable. Convenient to multiple freeways for easy access to all of LA & Orange County. Few services close as it is in an industrial area but gas, food, etc all within just a few miles. Very good value. Photo, attached, is view from my room!

The fact that this hotel was pet friendly was wonderful. Many hotels advertise they are, and they are not. The hotel was situated in an easy to get to location, not too far from the freeway. The room was clean, and the refrigerator was a bonus. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

pon checking in, my family and I were greeted, acknowledged as Diamond Members, and welcomed back as returned guests. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and the rest of the hotel we saw, were clean and nice. We enjoyed our one-night stay and rested well. Fortunately, everyone we met was nice and helpful. I would suggest that when team members are discussing incidents involving other guests, they do so in their private office and not while at the front desk. As I entered the front desk area, a hotel team member was chatting with another speaking ill-will about her encounter with a difficult guest. She immediately stopped once she saw me, which was when I was at the desk already and heard enough. Thank you!

I stayed here because I returned the car on the last night, and everything else was good, but I didn't know what medicine I took wrong upstairs. It was noisy until 34 in the morning. There were children running around. The plane must find the front desk to solve it, fearing that the plane will be delayed the next day.

I stayed for a night and enjoyed my stay. Rooms were spacious, clean, and sanitized. The staff was professional and courteous. It's also near the uptown Whittier with few options of dining places. I will definitely come back on my next trip since it is so affordable, clean, and courteous staff.

Very funny, the hotel swiped the credit card, but I couldn't find the specific person, and I didn't return the card when I left the hotel. The breakfast in the United States is usually bread, eggs, and some common fruits. If you have requirements to eat, try to bring some of your own.
