We booked this hotel, due to a conversation on the phone with Harold. He was super friendly, and offered many deals. We stayed here for a vacation in Louisville, and this was the perfect location !! The room was clean, the breakfast food was always hot and plentiful (the staff brought in donuts that were out of this world), the pool was a great nightly relaxation technique for the kids, and Harold was the most pleasant person to talk to. Even though we booked the hotel online, he specifically put us in a room above the front desk, so if the kids got roudy, they wouldn't bother anyone below :) This is the perfect location to stay if you are planning a trip to Louisville, or anywhere around. It's a short drive, the hotel is clean, and welcoming, and overall, one of the nicest stays we have had in a long time.

We came into La Grange Ky and stopped at the Kroger store to call for a hotel room. I asked if the jacuzzi king room was available and it was. Aisha the beautiful young lady at the front desk was so kind and attentive. When we went into the room it was clean and spacious. Oh, the bed was so comfortable it was the best sleep I had in a long time. Breakfast was great! It’s a family owned business which I feel makes it more cozy. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in this area.

We booked this hotel as a crash pad between locations. We arrived here after a Red's game at approximately 11:30pm and were appalled by the overall condition of the hotel. It was NOTHING like the pictures we had looked at in the reviews. The lobby was dated, which was to be expected, but the room was DISGUSTING. There were yellow stains all over the bedding, dust and bugs built up in the corners of the rooms, and the air conditioner was CAKED with dirt/bugs/dust. We only needed to sleep here approximately 8 hours, and it was so dirty, that we left and drove 20 minutes to another hotel. I am currently in the process of working with my credit card company for a refund (Booked with points, unfortunately!), but... refund or not, there was no way we wouldve slept in that room! Regardless of if you need it for a few nights or a few hours... DONT DO IT! We only managed to take a few pics (since it was nearing midnight!) but I have included those here!

I travel as a teacher with students quite often. Selecting a hotel is one of the most difficult parts of planning travel. I was recommended to try the Aloft by Marriot in Louisville. This stay was awesome. We had to arrive late and our room keys and everything were prepared in advance which made checking in easy. Ryan at the front desk was very professional and a great guy. The rooms were spotless and some of my students commented that this was ”The nicest hotel we've ever stayed in.” I was impressed and I will definitely use this hotel again. I didn't get to try the pool but it is a great looking indoor pool.

8871chrissyrWe booked this hotel as a crash pad between locations. We arrived here after a Red's game at approximately 11:30pm and were appalled by the overall condition of the hotel. It was NOTHING like the pictures we had looked at in the reviews. The lobby was dated, which was to be expected, but the room was DISGUSTING. There were yellow stains all over the bedding, dust and bugs built up in the corners of the rooms, and the air conditioner was CAKED with dirt/bugs/dust. We only needed to sleep here approximately 8 hours, and it was so dirty, that we left and drove 20 minutes to another hotel. I am currently in the process of working with my credit card company for a refund (Booked with points, unfortunately!), but... refund or not, there was no way we wouldve slept in that room! Regardless of if you need it for a few nights or a few hours... DONT DO IT! We only managed to take a few pics (since it was nearing midnight!) but I have included those here!

RRonald BWe came into La Grange Ky and stopped at the Kroger store to call for a hotel room. I asked if the jacuzzi king room was available and it was. Aisha the beautiful young lady at the front desk was so kind and attentive. When we went into the room it was clean and spacious. Oh, the bed was so comfortable it was the best sleep I had in a long time. Breakfast was great! It’s a family owned business which I feel makes it more cozy. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in this area.

RroberttS984EJWe booked this hotel, due to a conversation on the phone with Harold. He was super friendly, and offered many deals. We stayed here for a vacation in Louisville, and this was the perfect location !! The room was clean, the breakfast food was always hot and plentiful (the staff brought in donuts that were out of this world), the pool was a great nightly relaxation technique for the kids, and Harold was the most pleasant person to talk to. Even though we booked the hotel online, he specifically put us in a room above the front desk, so if the kids got roudy, they wouldn't bother anyone below :) This is the perfect location to stay if you are planning a trip to Louisville, or anywhere around. It's a short drive, the hotel is clean, and welcoming, and overall, one of the nicest stays we have had in a long time.
