Outstanding
WwesterntravelwizardClean, and saw that maid seemed to be cleaning the bathroom of a nearby room thoroughly. Employees were friendly. Doors close very loudly so people nearby and down the hall might wake you up. Very low water pressure at sink faucet, hard to rinse hands. I used the bathtub faucet sometimes. Toilet was very poor design, difficult for a guy to keep his junk out of water. Had to walk through clouds of smoke to get in as they let people smoke right in front of main entrance. Hot breakfast was mediocre. 4 items each day, some differed. Scrambled eggs were very good, potatoes OK, tater tots not crisp or hot, sausage good, bacon very fatty and undercooked and not hot, waffles were empty most of the time both mornings. Uncooked options were reasonable. Decent view from room.

GGuest UserI booked a two-night stay through TripAdvisor at the Hampton Inn when I arrived before I checked in, I looked on my phone dispatch app and noticed that the two-day stay had been changed to a five hour stay the staff at Hampton Inn accommodated and adjusted my stay to reflect the time that I had before loading the truck, I explained this to the staff at TripAdvisor and they also were very professional and adjusted my stay from a two night into a one night stay, and refunded back to my account in about twelve hours. I will book again through TripAdvisor, very people orientated. Adolph,W.

Very Good
JJimmy MagañaOur experience was great, didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room, but the hotel was clean had no problems and is pet friendly. The alley between the two building is a little shady but overall no problems. Pool was clean ac worked great and so did the refrigerator. Location is a bit out, but good places to eat nearby. The breakfast was surprisingly good, make your own waffles and eggs, sausage, bacon, with toast yogurt, and cereal. Overall would definitely come back again next year if we make it to state again.

AAzuka88I had a great stay at this hotel! It truly has everything you need for a comfortable experience. The prices are incredibly cheap, making it an excellent choice whether you're staying for a short visit or an extended period. The facilities are sufficient, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option that doesn't compromise on essentials, this hotel is definitely worth considering!

MMatWe have been looking for a accommodation for one night as a starting point for a Death Valley crossing. Check-in was fast and easy. Breakfast can be taken against a coupon at Denny's. Unfortunately, breakfast there was very disappointed. (Eggs and hashbrowns were half crude, the service was unhappy) The room was very dark. But as far as it was assessable it was clean. The equipment with microwave, TV and refrigerator was good. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location in the middle of Ridgecrest is good. There are many restaurants around. Nothing special in all, but very good for it.

Tiffany at the front desk was awesome! We wanted a bottom floor king room, but she only had queens available on the bottom floor. I had read some mixed reviews on here so asked to see the room before committing. She let me take a peek, then by the time I got back to the counter she had found us an available king room she said she would let us have for the same price as the queen which was a great bargain at $74/night! The room was clean, and spacious, bed comfortable and quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast available at the inn was sparse, consisting only of cereal, self-serve waffles and coffee or orange juice, but for the price of the room, I’m not complaining! There’s a Denny’s directly in front of the inn, very convenient for a quick bite or full breakfast. This motel offers very good value and is great for anyone just travelling through, or those on a tight budget,

GGuest UserMotel 6 is reliable. They really are the same no matter the city in the USA. Affordable and meets the needs for a quick overnight stay. Beds comfortable and there was AC. Lobby is locked during night time so you speak through plexiglass and a drawer. Safety first - area is questionable according to other reviews. I didn’t feel unsafe and a solo female, however, the room’s lock could use a second look. There were insects but I heard this is common during the warm weather. No bed bugs for those concerned. There was a box outside for trash that had an ant party and there was a swarm of bees near the stairs. However the motel could get rid of these issues rather easily. Parking was available and my car was fine parked there through the night.

SsarahsR4063YTWe stayed here for three nights, on a trip with our two service dogs. We reserved our room two months ago because we had planned on going to a drag boat reunion, which ended up being canceled due to the pandemic, not a big deal. We arrived, and paid the 100 dollar deposit, which I paid in cash, but the front desk lady was rude and said that she wanted a newer 100 dollar bill instead of the one that i handed her, which wasn't damaged, it just wasn't new. Other than that, check-in was easy. We reserved a handicap room, but when we got in, the room wasn't clean, towels were dirty, and handicap rooms never use bath tubs, they are usually equipped with a walk in shower. Size of the room was decent for the money. But every night, there were some VERY questionable people in the parking lot, and a homeless man living in his car in their parking lot. When I brought it to the management attention, they said they felt bad for the guy,and don't get me wrong, I feel for these people, but they shouldn't allow homeless to camp in their parking lot. Secondly, all three nights, there were people walking the halls ALL NIGHT long, having unauthorized guests in their rooms, etc. But at the front desk when checking in, they make it clear that NO visitors are allowed, etc. We barely slept due to the constant commotion of people going in and out of the rooms .....lastly when we checked out we left at 6am, but they said we would have to come back at 930am to get our deposit back, but we couldn't stay that long!!! Basically their reception employees are rude, and don't apply their rules of no visitors, they don't care about your safety, they don't adhere to handicapped accessible guidelines, and they need to train their maids to do a better cleaning job, especially when there's a pandemic going on right now. My advice, stay in a motel 6, pay a little bit more per night and stay in a nicer place
