First room we were assigned to reeked of wet dog smell. Second room reeked of bleach. Third room was the charm. So beware this is a pet friendly hotel so if you have allergies to animals, probably not a good choice for you.
Staff was amazing, very pleasant, and helpful. We had to call maintenance to help with the TV 3 times. Each time, the young guy who helped was super kind and friendly.
The bed needs a blanket that actually fit a king size bed. The blanket that had under the bed spread was actually a box spring sham cover. Who the heck thought that was a good idea?!
Housekeeping was friendly each time we ran into them in the hallway.
One of the two elevators were broke so waiting for only one elevator took some extra time.
However, overall not a bad place to stay.

Well at first I was satisfied with this motel. But I’m unsatisfied after my first stay. When I checked in on may 31st 2024 and checked out on June 1st 2024 I reserved this room and paid for it online with my card. Now when we checked into our room they never asked for a credit card for 100$ deposit that we would get back after we check out. They made my fiancé sign a paper and I signed the paper also. Then we went to our room. Now on June 2nd 2024 we had another reservation. When we attempted to check in on June 2nd 2024 the same person who checked us in on the other date asked for a credit card for 100$. I asked why today but not the other day I can’t afford that I’m already paying almost 80$ for the room

The most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Bugs all over, bed, shower, floor etc. Water wouldn’t drain out of the sink and that was upon arrival before we used anything and the water that was in the sink was dirty. One bed felt ok, the other virtually collapsed when you sat on it. Table leg missing, security bolt on door had 1 screw, domestic dispute outside room and when the front desk was notified, they responded with, “if you’re bothered by it call the police”. We were booked for 2 nights, survived one and then checked out and even with proof and pictures of all the above they have the audacity to still charge us an OVER inflated rate for both nights with NO refund. Wyndham should be more than ashamed to have their name on this building.

LLianna BI would have given this hotel a positive review, but I’m really put off by the service I received. I have actually never left a negative review for anything before but felt the need to for this. I booked 2 nights to stay here for work. I had a family emergency and had to leave the same night I checked in. I checked out at the front desk at 10 pm, giving the hotel ample notice to have the room ready for someone to check in the next day at 3 pm. I had a really horrible night and week and the emergency has harmed my family financially. I asked for a refund for the second night and explained that I had an emergency and they refused. The lack of compassion, especially when a customer is going through hardship, is disheartening to say the least.

GGuest UserFirst room we were assigned to reeked of wet dog smell. Second room reeked of bleach. Third room was the charm. So beware this is a pet friendly hotel so if you have allergies to animals, probably not a good choice for you.
Staff was amazing, very pleasant, and helpful. We had to call maintenance to help with the TV 3 times. Each time, the young guy who helped was super kind and friendly.
The bed needs a blanket that actually fit a king size bed. The blanket that had under the bed spread was actually a box spring sham cover. Who the heck thought that was a good idea?!
Housekeeping was friendly each time we ran into them in the hallway.
One of the two elevators were broke so waiting for only one elevator took some extra time.
However, overall not a bad place to stay.

GGuest UserI stayed at this property for several days while attending a Conference in Dover, Delaware. The property is located just off a main thoroughfare and there is easy access. It is located very close to two Malls, lots of restaurants and other places of interest to a traveler. In fact, two of the restaurants are right in front of the hotel including a gas station! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and very professional. The staff is one of the best that I have experienced and I am a frequent traveler. The rooms are comfortable and clean. If you need any type of service, the staff is very quick in taking care of your needs. The breakfast is amazing! The cost is at $14 for full cooked to order breakfast that includes the Continental bar as well. While there I tried two other breakfast locations and I can assure you that the breakfast at the hotel was the BEST! My server, Jayne Jones, was AWESOME!! She continual asked those in my party if she could get us anything, was friendly and an awesome server. She even went as far as helping us to get additional items if needed and not once was she ever unpleasant. Each day for four days, she was there and ready to help my party with anything needed. We tipped her generously but she is an excellent example of a face for a hotel! I encourage you to stay here and see the experience for yourself. The cost is good and the location is excellent.

The hotel itself is fine. It's a bit dated in some areas. The shower head in my room was so encrusted with calcium deposits as to be unusable. There was no rack to hang anything as it had been removed from the wall. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is quiet. However the hotel at least during the weekend I was here was wildly overpriced. The going rate was over $200 per night. For this area that's outrageous.

Bugs all over, bed, shower, floor etc. Water wouldn’t drain out of the sink and that was upon arrival before we used anything and the water that was in the sink was dirty. One bed felt ok, the other virtually collapsed when you sat on it. Table leg missing, security bolt on door had 1 screw, domestic dispute outside room and when the front desk was notified, they responded with, “if you’re bothered by it call the police”. We were booked for 2 nights, survived one and then checked out and even with proof and pictures of all the above they have the audacity to still charge us an OVER inflated rate for both nights with NO refund. Wyndham should be more than ashamed to have their name on this building.

FFerranWell at first I was satisfied with this motel. But I’m unsatisfied after my first stay. When I checked in on may 31st 2024 and checked out on June 1st 2024 I reserved this room and paid for it online with my card. Now when we checked into our room they never asked for a credit card for 100$ deposit that we would get back after we check out. They made my fiancé sign a paper and I signed the paper also. Then we went to our room. Now on June 2nd 2024 we had another reservation. When we attempted to check in on June 2nd 2024 the same person who checked us in on the other date asked for a credit card for 100$. I asked why today but not the other day I can’t afford that I’m already paying almost 80$ for the room
