Overall okay, just no kettle. Although the hotel is not in the city center, there are a few places to eat and a foodland big supermarket in the vicinity. The supermarket is mainly like takumi, which is based on food. I feel that the experience of Ctrip is very good. In my itinerary, I can find the food around this hotel, transportation and shopping, etc. There are outlets near the hotel, discount stores at Wal-Mart Supermarket, Hawaii Water Park, even if you take a 30-40 minute taxi ride from downtown Waikiki. It is very convenient to use Uber.
Residence Inn Kapolei gave us the privilege to celebrate our ceremony and reception. It was such a beautiful and intimate wedding just as we wished. The staff members are always kind. Big shout out to Paina Mikaele for taking care of us from beginning to end during the planning of this wedding. Everything turned out exactly how we expected. Thank you Residence Inn team for such great hospitality and service all around everytime!
Overall great place to stay for families on the west side of the island. Despite being located right inside a big mall area, it actually felt quieter and more relaxed compared to the heavy touristy area of Waikiki Beach. Rooms are standard Hampton as one would normally expect on the mainland. Breakfasts are standard. Hotel front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

There aren't many Disney elements. The whole hotel doesn't seem to have anything to do with Disney. The service doesn't have the enthusiasm that Disney should have. It's more like a seaside resort with the Disney flag. But as a seaside resort hotel, it is still quite good, just feel that if there is no Disney feeling then the price is still too high. There is a small water park that is still very fun, and the sand of the beach is better than Waikiki. Especially praised a Japanese uncle KENJI at the front desk, which helped us a lot.

Except that the price is a bit expensive, everything else is satisfactory! Since it is a timeshare vacation club hotel, the suites basically come with a kitchen and all Western cooking utensils, everything you need! There is also a washing machine and dryer. The seaside environment is beautiful, the climate is pleasant, and the scenery is everywhere. The hotel faces its own lagoon (lagoon), which is very comfortable for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling (the sea water is a bit cold now, so you need a little courage when you first go into the sea! It will be fine in a while!). The three outdoor swimming pools are suitable for children to the elderly to play and swim, and are equipped with hot water massage pools and saunas (dry steam, wet steam). In short, this hotel is very suitable for couples, couples, second and third generations to travel together! In addition, there is a difference between sea view rooms and mountain view rooms, but they can also be balanced by spending more time outdoors. It is recommended that friends who have been to Waikiki Beach in Honolulu give this place a try, you will definitely have a different feeling!

I stayed in a villa type for the first time. Personally, I feel that general standards are better than vacation club accommodations. Due to Corona, there were few Japanese people, so I was able to enjoy it while feeling the overseas atmosphere.
The location is very good. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport every hour, and the fee is one dollar per piece of luggage. We chose to stay here because we were going to island hopping, and we didn't take any luggage with us. It was very suitable; it was also very convenient to take the bus from downtown Oahu.
Facilities: There was a flaw. The room card could not open the door on the third night.
The room is quite big and comfortable. The facilities are good and easy to use. The front desk provided a wealth of information on where to have dinner, which was great. However, there is only a small supermarket next to a gas station within walking distance of the hotel, so if you want to buy things, you have to drive or take the bus. It is very close to the hotel from the airport car rental center building. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk. It is a main road and not deserted. When taking the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, call the front desk. They will ask you which luggage area number you picked up your luggage from, what terminal it is, and then direct you to where to wait. We were waiting at platform 3 of the pre-arrange shuttle bus, in the waiting area in the middle of the road outside the airport gate. The front of the car displays the word ”the plaza”, and the side of the car has a blue bw letter pattern. There was a shuttle bus to the airport on the hour the next morning. The driver of the shuttle bus must be tipped, at least 1 dollar per luggage, and there is a note written on it in the car.
I’m only here for the night, 10 mins from the airport and they have an awesome shuttle driver, Lani. Off the plane and in a shuttle within minutes. It’s old school Hawaii motel, the pool looks great (closed when I got here) and the staff are amazing. Perfect for that sleep you need before the next flight.
