The environment is good, beautiful and clean, the waiter is very warm, the parking space is very good, it is very suitable for couples to live, but if you want to eat, only the hotel's own Mexican food, see personal habits. We live in a big bed, but it is not clear if we can have an extra bed. In a large resort, it is inconvenient to have no car. I went to Joshua Tree Park early, didn't have breakfast at the hotel, and ate McDonald's at 1-2 kilometers.
We chose this hotel and signed of for the Hyatt card due to the amenities for children. It was my daughter's birthday and she selected this hotel for the slides and pool. When we got to the hotel, they told us the slides and lazy river were closed for the whole month. When we mentioned that this was not communicated to us at time or reservation, they showed us the fine print on the website. I felt like this is a major part of the hotel and should have been clearly communicated to guest. Not only was parts of the amenities closed, but construction started every morning at 7:30 am with loud drilling noises. We had a terrible experience and ended up leaving one night early due to the inconvenience. I would say that the room with pool access was worth the upgrade. Also, the check in process using our mobile prior to arriving was also very convenient. The staff was friendly as well.
An old hotel, located close to the Indian wells tennis park. A shuttle to the stadium is provided daily. The service is also good, the breakfast is vegan, but it can also be full!

Net red hotel, the hotel is not big, the bedding is very comfortable. The pictures are pretty.
The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities are relatively new, that is, the sound insulation of upstairs and downstairs is average, and the walking vibration is relatively loud.
There are more young couples, and the hotel receptionist will not be enthusiastic about the Chinese.
Free parking.
Room tax $ 30 a day.
Everything is good but when we had breakfast buffet i thought its only $16 per pax its in your apps but we got billed its $30 per person so 2 person is $60 too much for a breakfast as i dont really eat much...
In Las Vegas, many hotels pay a resort fee. Best Western Hotel does not require a resort fee and breakfast. Breakfast is an American breakfast and you can make waffles yourself. Drive to Las Vegas Boulevard in less than ten minutes. Very good value for money.
We are here right now and I am disguested and disappointed with this hotel. We are in room 233 and when we got into the room, the first thing we noticed was that the carpet floor was soppy wet and then when we walked from the wet carpet onto the tile, it left dirty footprints because the carpet is so filthy. I will not let my children walk around without shoes. The tile is not even clean and is sticky when you walk across it. I'd hoped the balcony would make up for it but it is the worst view I have ever seen, looking into a run down utility area and what looks like an electrical substation over the fence, complete with rotting random boards that look like they've been laying there for years. After we got in the bed, the fridge started making this horrendous noise. Reservation for 3 people, but only 2 towels for the bath. They don't give you those little shampoo bottles, and instead have shampoo dispensers stuck to the shower wall, and of course ours is not only caked about with old shampoo that wasn't cleaned off, but after I cleaned it off, it was totally clogged, so I didn't even get to wash my hair good. Lots of things about the room look dated, like the door handles that have little tinges of rust, and the fire/sprinkler on the bathroom wall that is rusting through the thick layers of paint. There were many things that weren't clean to standard, with crumbs and hairs in the corners. I am sad we wasted a day here, and even though we have reservations for another day, I'm considering abandoning the 2nd day reservation to stay elsewhere. We have checked the coffee 3 times since getting here, and not once was the coffee in the lobby hot. I am not usually a complainer, and this is only about the 2nd hotel review I've ever left.
We stayed here for the weekend while going to a nearby hotel function. We arrived late, check-in was seamless, and the staff member was polite and friendly. Arriving late, we entered the room, preped for bed, and turned in for the night. So everything was fine the first night, and from then on, it went downhill. We discovered in the morning the bathroom tub had black mold around the bathtub (see pics). We also noticed that the room had a lot of areas showing significant wear. I reported the tub issue hoping it would be fixed while we were out for the evening. It was not fixed. In addition, when we arrived back, just past midnight, from our evening out, we discovered our A/C was out. The room was quite hot. I called the front desk and was informed that the maintenance person had just left at midnight and nothing could be done to repair it tonight. I was also informed housekeeping had yet to clean all their empty rooms, so they did not have a room we could move to. The front desk clerk did offer to waive the night's charge and a fan. She brought the fan to the room promptly. We both had a horrible night's sleep. The room was so hot I could not get comfortable and ended up staying up the entire night. My wife woke up in a sweat several times but got a few hours of restless sleep. If we had discovered the A/C being out earlier in the evening, we would have moved to another hotel. The bottom line, this hotel is sorely understaffed and has been for quite some time. Throughout the hotel, in the elevators, walkways, fitness room, our room, etc., there are many signs that routine maintenance is lacking. The staff is doing their best to make things right, and I sincerely thank them. The problem is with management; management needs to get on the ball and do what is necessary to attract the staff needed to keep this hotel up to the Hilton standards.
