Outstanding
I’ve stayed here twice. And I’ll be back again. Conventionally located, easy in and out. The ocean view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were stunning, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a luxurious escape. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my stay was perfect. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Plus their breakfast is soooo good!! 5 stars!!⭐️
GGuest UserI am a cancer and dialysis patient and the front desk was so nice to me, (I drove 534 miles) and she got me a beautiful 20th floor room with a fantastic water view! I did pay for a premium room as I heard it was worth paying for. Because I wear a mask I am careful about dining inside restaurants right now so I wanted to get some food to go on the weekend but they did not let me do that. So I went to the snack bar, they had with sandwiches, salads and pizzas and went there a few times on my trip. I also drove around Biloxi and found restaurants. I have to say the room was gorgeous and a fantastic view of the water from all sides and watching the boats was gorgeous and at night a bridge lit up with lights. I kept my drapes open the entire time! (except when I took a shower). My favorite time was night where everything was lit up. :) The slot machines were not kind to me but I did win $20 the first hour and never won anything beyond that. Not complaining too much, because this is common in most ******s. If you win, RUN! The one thing that was kind of downer was the players club. I asked about it but I did not get a card. The impression I got from the players desk was that people just wanted the perks. I asked if there were any incentives to join but other than remimburse you sometime later for your losses, there was no start up play, no free buffet. Most hotels give you something to get you to join. Like free slot play or a t shirt or something. :) The parking for me was not good. I drove in a few driveways to see what parking they had available and then finally went into the garage. I was looking for an open space parking but parked in the garage which was very busy at all times. I liked the non smoking ****** on the 2nd floor. I found myself going there more because its hard to breathe in the smokey ******. (at least for me not being a smoker). The employees were outstanding and friendly! The security team went out of their way to help me. They had a very busy sports bar and I got some good food there. That place was packed! Overall I loved my room, wished I would have won some money and enjoyed my little getaway!
GGuest UserMy wife and I spent 4 days in Perdido Key Fl on the beach for vacation. Then, on to Biloxi for a Lynyrd Skynyrd concert Saturday night. We booked a room through Trip.com prior to arrival. We had a nice drive from Perdido Key and were quite surprised at the beauty of the beaches of Biloxi. When we pulled up to the hotel, pleasantly surprised at the condition of the Hampton Inn. The pool is great, plenty of shaded parking, very clean and up to date. The staff was great and even let us check in a bit early with an upgraded room with a view of the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Elevators were quick. Slept great. Breakfast was really good and, again, all staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again if revisit Biloxi.
GGuest UserOk hotel, a little pricey, good area around lots of restaurants, had a mouse problem, called the front desk, the attendant did offer a full refund but we declined because it was a Holliday weekend and all hotels were booked but he did give us some money off. Key card stopped working when we got out of the pool so we had to up front to get our cards rekeyed.
GGuest UserThe grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.
GGuest UserI’m the type of person who spends hours reading reviews before I’ll book, even if it’s just for one night!! This place looked ok, even if it was a bit pricier than usual. Check in was ok, although no recognition of my BW elite status. We were given a double room instead of the queen I’d paid for but I couldn’t be bothered asking to move. We were also sent out the back of the hotel which had done shady characters hanging around doing what looked like drug deals. We kept to ourselves and double locked the door! The pillows were good but it felt like you were rolling off the side of the bed. The room was clean and shower was good. Coffee machine didn’t work. Breakfast was awesome, busy but clean and they kept everything stocked. Overall stay was good and we would stay again.
BBoymom86When we arrived at 6pm the front desk said there was a wait for clean rooms and they could take our luggage and call us when a room was ready. There were other people waiting for rooms as well. Thankfully they found a room before I left the front desk and accommodated us! Great place for kids and adults alike. Will be returning.
GGuest UserIt was our first time at The Golden Nugget. We were disappointed in the signage directions—we had to search on our own for the hotel check-in counter. Even though it was evening there were no staff on the floor to help and only one security guard was noted. We were celebrating our anniversary and were especially looking forward to the buffet meal only to find out it had been closed for sometime—even though it is advertised on your website. Another let-down was no slot machines available. Our hotel room was nice but overall the trip was disappointing!
BBVSIt was in a really nice location. Anything you wanted was like a 5 minute drive away. The path to your room door is outside. There is no overhead lighting, everything is lit up from lamps in your room. The wifi isn’t too good at this location. If you’re on your phone, it will constantly disconnect, but if you have a laptop, it will stay connected. The room service people were nice.
Hhhirtz133501The staff was friendly. The property around the far side where they gave me a room was scarey homeless people camped out back and people live around back in the far rooms. Very dirty around there..the first room they gave me was already used the bathroom was being used the door was left open with the door bar. .I went back to staff they changed my room to inside the second room there was a broken tv stand in the middle of the room changed room again ..allseemed well until I took a shower the curtain rod was hanging off the wall and water went everywhere also the ceiling in the bathroom had water damage and the paint was coming off. They offered no breakfast...it was my first time in biloxi I was staying a week. I left the next day I wondered why there were no other cars staying I was told it was a week day. I went to another place they were packed I enjoyed my stay there and the room was less nice breakfast nice room stayed more than a week.
